Debbie was very approachable, helpful and runs a lovely warm comfortable bed and breakfast. Location was good...parking close by...continental brekky was exceptional too....so many plusses tbh...local knowledge was brilliant to get the best out of our stay...a big thank you...we loved our stay and may well return too !!

On arrival, I was met by Deborah with a wonderful welcoming smile and my free parking permit. She had such a love for Whitby, rightly so, and gave me some excellent recommendations both for eateries and places of interest. I had a fabulous room at the top of the house overlooking the Abbey and enjoyed a beautiful sunset every morning. The stay comes with a continental breakfast only which is fresh and varied. I would highly recommend the Norman for any visitors to Whitby.
There was nothing I didn't like but just to say that the top 2 rooms require you to climb 45 steps with your luggage. The view was worth it.

"Abbiamo apprezzato tutto.
Non abbiamo mai dormito così bene... i letti erano eccezionali!
Poi l'ospitalità e l'accoglienza... È stato tutto impeccabile."
