From initial contact until final departure Dave & Gwen couldn’t do enough for us. The guest house felt like home from home with the benefit of not having to make breakfast. Our room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and everything was available. Unlimited tea, coffee, milk & sugar for drinks were a short walk away to top up the plentiful provisions already in the room. Shower products were available in the modern en-suite. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Parking was minutes away in a private car park at only £3 per night. Dave was a fountain of knowledge on the local area, activities and restaurants.
Road noise was sometimes intrusive as we were facing the road, however this didn’t affect our good nights sleep.

The Guest house was Inviting from 1st stepping inside and meeting both Gwen & David. The room we stayed in was very clean & the bed & pillows were very comfortable. The Breakfast was very good nice and hot & we were asked if we required more tea or toast but we had plenty.
There was nothing we didn't like. The room was a little smaller than were used to but this did not stop us from enjoying our stay at the Florence, we certainly would return here and would also recommend to anyone.
