The location was good and the pool was nice. The cleaning staff was amazing!!! The hotel overall was very nice. Loved the artwork on the walls.

First off, the staff doesn't speak English. I was charged $15 more than what my total said on booking.com. There is not a 24hr front desk. Security guard was rude. I asked for a shuttle to the airport and they called a taxi service to get a price while I was standing there. He told me $20, I said no. Then he said $15, I still said no. I offered $10 and that was fine. So the front desk guy is trying to rip you off.

Amazing

Cozy place and swimming pool, hot water. Trees. Located in the heart of the city, conveniently located at walking distance of it all. Courteous staff. The price is right (underpriced for what you get). This will be my hotel when visiting Managua.

I disliked nothing at all. We needed a taxi, they called it right away and taxi arrived within 8 minutes (nothing to dislike here). I would only suggest to include an extra towel, or two medium ones.

Comfy rooms with balconies. Nice pool area. Cable tv with English channels. Safe and secure hotel.

The restaurant only serves breakfast and is closed the rest of the day. The location isn’t great for walking to nearby restaurants etc. so you have to order takeout. The staff don’t speak any English.
