The best in the only good thing about the property was its location, which is unbeatable. It’s right in front of the Rialto bridge right on the Grand canal. From Most of the windows of the three bedroom apartment, you can see the bridge and all the traffic downstairs. Its beautiful.

Everything except the location. Firstly, it is on the second floor with no elevator which we knew, but climbing up and down was very tiresome. Not for anybody who is not fit. Milly was the lady who checked us in and explained everything about the apartment. She told us that if during our five nights stay, we need anything, I can just message her and she will take care of everything, but those were only words. *Wifi didnt work; *Showers were leaking in all 3 washrooms; The toiletries provided were a joke; not enough hand soap, not enough shampoo, not enough toilet paper; * in spite of it being centrally air-conditioned, it was very hot in the apartment. There was a fan, but it didn’t work, and despite my requesting Milly every day during our stay, she never bothered to even reply on that issue; * the utensils provided for in the kitchen were very old and inadequate; * in a nutshell, if you want the best view of Venice and are not really expecting anything that is described as included facilities in the apartment, this is the best place to stay, otherwise, look elsewhere.
