Great option for a stay in Visby, good price quality relation, rooms are great and so is the breakfast. Staff is also very helpful and kind.

Very friendly staff, clean, quiet, and a great breakfast.
The room was exceedingly small, with no work space/desk, and no in-room coffee or tea.

This hotel is a gem, served by a casual and professional staff who knew exactly how to help us get checked in and settled. The location was excellent and picturesque, and it being a historic hotel didn't mean we wanted for any modern conveniences. The breakfast was excellent as well each day.
There was nothing we didn't appreciate or like about the hotel. The location meant working out public parking pay, but in a medieval city, we didn't expect a garage or car park. We will return again if we're able to travel to Visby in the future.

The hotel has a good location on the edge of the old town and close to ferry port. Although the room is pretty compact the bathroom is a good size.
Air conditioning means two windows and a fan which is fine if it isn't too hot. If you need to keep the windows open during the night, you may here some noice outdoors.

Centrally located and at a walking distance from both the ferry and Visby city center. The room was spacious and really clean and the outside garden was a plus.
The room was really hot and noisy. you could really hear every time someone was walking in and out the rooms in the corridor. For an hotel of this price I would expect no noise and AC in the room

good location, good bed
each door slams very loads, even the ones for the rooms, they are heavy with automatic closing system. highly recommend to change them considering the location and facilités are nice.

Very clean and comfortable and just a short walk from the ferry. Easy to walk around as the hotel is within the inner walls. Loved my stay here!

Nice area
I miss common areas to just relax, you must stay on your room while in hotel. The breakfast room is not nice to hang around in. Very small windows due to the old type of building, but it makes dark rooms.

The bed was really comfortable, the mini bar have many different products to choose, the staff are really kind, and they been perfect in time with room service.
The room was really small, there wasn’t boiler for make tea in the room, the TV wasn’t possible to connect with phone, I asked to have room service for breakfast and I wrote that I don’t want products with lactose but they bring me: cheese, butter and bread with cheese. So in the end I didn’t like so much that experience.

A nice hotel in an old building on a quite street. Reception manager was super nice and helpful, let us choose the room we liked best (number 202 had a big window😊). There is a car parking on the property (inside the wall in Visby it means a lot). Bed was super comfortable, a real double bed with no gap in the middle. Bathroom was clean, smelled strange at first but the smell disappeared after the first shower. In an old building that’s understandable.
Breakfast was very basic for a 4 star hotel. No waffles, no fresh juice, jams in small plastic boxes.
The hotel is for sleeping. It’s nice but small, there’s no common sitting area. If you got an uneventful winter evening you’d have to sit in your room on your bed. Tv got only 4 channels. They keep cookies and tea out in the lobby for a late night snack though 😊

Big bathroom, excellent breakfast, perfect position for Visby and the ferry
The small double room is a bit too small, and since is located under the roof gets very warm in summer time

The breakfast was amazing. Staff recommendations were great. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
No common place to fill up the tea kettle with water (had to take back to room) and no common place to sit and have a cup of tea.
