The staff was amazing, and we would specially would like to mention Gwendal. He went above and beyond in taking care of us and helped us a lot with planning when we went to the Celine Dion´s concert. All other staff were also were attenitive and always with a smile on their faces.
We had to change room because of problem with the shower and also that room was weird with the toilet in another place of the room and the shower in another place. But the great thing was that there was no problem of changing the room. So all in all, there is nothing that we didnt like.

Posizione comoda con il metro a 3min a piedi, quartiere calmo, camera tranquilla, porta e finestre insonorizzate. Climatizzatione silenziosa. Vasca da bagno in camera molto grande. Comodi letti.
Armadi abbastanza grandi, stanza spaziosa. Spa privativa con sauna e hammam e una piscina.
Difficile riservare la spa, in 3 giorni siamo riusciti a farlo una sola volta. Peccato visto il prezzo che pagavamo.

The hotel itself was alright, room was spacious enough and bed was good. We had one good staff member who took our feedback seriously.
Overall spa was not clean, after the first day we didn’t want to go back as the water wasn’t clean. We also had other issues with the cleaning of the room and the staff did not take our concerns seriously, they said they are busy with others so adviced to speak to cleaners directly.
Also we had some issues in the area and almost got robbed.
