Very special place. Unique and Different than other places in this area of marroco. More modern and minimalist. A place for art and retreat. The stuff was very nice.

This is not a hotel, it's much more. It's one of the most beautiful places I ever stayed and a true architectural jewel. Every single detail is perfect and you can feel the passion that Mr. Enrique has put into this project. Hassan has been an excellent host, if you stay at Cote Sud ask him to tell you about the story of this place, you will enjoy it even more. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are perfect and cozy. Every room has a private roof terrace with a wonderful view. I highly recommend this place, it has definitely been one of the highlights of the whole Morocco trip.

Everything was perfect, I don't have anything negative to add. If you go to Ouarzazate just make sure you spend at least one night in this wonderful place.

Everything - Easy location near both the sites to see and the city. The staff are incredibly engaged. The hotel is quiet and safe (with ample parking protected by a gate). The rooms are very nice and the wifi is excellent. Showers excellent. We had heard in the more remote locations, that these types of resources were scarce, we did not find that here. Modern amenities, HUGE petit dejeuner - they speak English, French, and Arabic (maybe more). Please stay here! It was empty. Great price, all of the amenities one would expect in a large city at a major hotel for those who are not seeking the "budget hostel" vibe. Loved it.

More people need to stay here so they can stay in business! We were the only guests. I do hope this hotel can sustain itself through COVID and post COVID.

Locaiton is very concenient for a trip to/from Ait Benhadou. Incredible, quite, chill place. Perfect for rest and recharge. Definetely worth the price. Lovely stuff and architecture.

The architecture of this place is amazing. The food is delicious. The hospitality of the staff is wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable. Great place to stay if you are looking for some tranquility.
