Condo was clean and nicely equipped. Appliances where new and functional. Nice having beach chairs,umbrella and cart. Walking to pool is very close . Walking to beach is almost impossible with the distance and heat. But able to cut distance in half by parking in guest parking. Overall a nice place to relax and temporarily call home…

The condo was clean, updated and well appointed. Furniture and beds were comfortable and attractive. It was stocked with plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and even a cart for hauling things to the beach. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, pool area lovely.

The condo was exactly as the photos and description indicated. The best furnished condo we have ever stayed in. Lots of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon and toys) as well as games to keep us entertained at night. The location is perfect and felt like a resort atmosphere with the tropical landscaping. Pool was fantastic and big compared to so many other locations. Loved having covered parking. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and enjoyed seeing the "resident eagle" every day on our walk. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you for a great week and beautiful weather! Sanibel never disappoints.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed the screened in porch every morning for coffee and every evening for wine and dessert.
The ONLY issue we had was that the property itself is not well marked. We got in very late after a long day of travel (19+ hours) and while we found our parking spot just fine, it took us 30 minutes of wandering around in the dark (2:45am) while the sprinklers were running using our phone flashlights trying so hard not to disturb anyone in the complex
We eventually found our
condo but we were soaked and tired and frustrated. We can laugh about it now but if there was a way to better navigate in the dark it would be much appreciated.
All in all we loved it. Perfect access to the beach, plush landscaping, nice pool area.

Another Awesome Vacay in Sanibel
I think I could stay in a shoebox on the island and still be happy! However this condo was very well appointed with nice furniture, beds and pull out were pretty comfortable, very clean. The key pick up process was painless. Loved the fully stocked beach closet. We did buy salt and pepper and trash bags and left those as a pay it forward. We have a family of six with two six foot boys and had plenty of room for everyone. Like other reviewers has said, the walk to the beach is lengthy so I suggest you rent bikes!! The best shell spot is to exit the walking path and walk alllll the way down on the right almost to the hook of the beach. There is a HUGE pile that accumulates there. This is the second year we have hit that spot. This year we found two incomplete junonias. Thanks SBL Vacations!

We enjoyed staying at Blind Pass! The condo was clean and roomy with its open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The beach supplies were awesome to have especially for families that may have little kids. Many reviewers mentioned the parking which really wasn’t an issue for our mobile family. When we loaded and unloaded we used the guest parking. We loved the walk to the beach to look at the beautiful grounds and look for gators, manatees, birds, fish lizards and crabs. The pool was crowded, but the beach was not and that’s where we spent most of our time. The only issue we discovered with the complex, not specifically this unit, is that the garbage and recycling bins are not labeled well so people were throwing garbage in the recycling and for several days there were bags rotting bags of garbage sitting in the parking lot. Like I said…this is not a problem with the unit itself. With that said we would come back in a heartbeat! Sanibel is beautiful and this condo gave us access to its beauty!

We loved the condo and location. The Blind Pass property was kept up beautifully, with native plants — very clean and manicured. The walk to the beach was lovely, peaceful and not too far. We saw dolphins, alligators and turtles. Great bike paths and we biked a fitness trail across the street. Blind Pass even had kayaks.We enjoyed the remoteness of the condos and the beach was never too crowded. The condo looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed, from hair dryers to a blender to games, etc. Very well stocked. The chairs on the balcony had cushions that were comfy. The only thing that needed upgrading was the beach umbrella, which was slightly broken; we still used it and it was fine. Loved the beach cart.My only recommendations to renters: 1) Go to the Blind Pass website to locate the condo unit first. SBL Vacations did not provide a map of where the unit was and it was pouring rain when we arrived. The parking spot is not super close to the unit, so we had to search in the rain for the unit. 2) If renting through Vrbo, please note that Vrbo and SBL Vacations BOTH offer damage insurance for $59. SBL Vacations requires you to buy theirs. Vrbo does not require it, but it’s offered first in the booking process, so I got confused and purchased it. Then I was stuck with both policies.
