It was clean, the process was simple and clear, and the location was amazing, two different beaches within a quarter mile!

Location, away from Periwinkle traffic near the lighthouse area, clean, nice thoughtful items inside, two great restaurants nearby.
A/C is a bit high on airflow. No way to get out of “auto” mode on fan speed, but closing the vents in the bedroom made it work (yes, I reset afterwards).

Seahorse Cottage was a fantastic location. We had a flight cancellation and they were extremely accommodating for us. Love Sanibel too.

I could walk to the beach. The property was quiet and clean.
Like all Sanibel properties it was way too expensive.
