I can't count the number of times I've stayed here. The hotel.is situated comfortably at the heart of Pondy. The rooms are always well maintained with a good view of the city. Cleanliness was always optimal. Food from the Renaissance room was always a personal favourite for me. The buffet was well stocked and staff are ready to cater to your every requirement. But the best thing about this place is the opportunity to rent a scooter for traveling around the city. The hotel has a tie up with a rental service with sufficient scooters of theirs parked in the campus itself. All you need to do is call the vendor and follow up with the payment. You get the key over the counter at the reception. Ponder, for all it's elegance has become too popular and driving through White Town in a car is particularly frustrating. The smell in the bed room was misty .Asked the house keeping to put a air freshener but still it was smelly.we booked 4 rooms and 2 off it was un pleasant smell
