Hotel Devi Paradise

The property is right on the road. The room was clean and well maintained.

The parking space was limited. The service is not good. The staff was not attentive and looked unbothered about our requirements or grievances. Had to wait for 2.5 hours for drinking water to be proyin the room after check-in, even after sending multiple messages and calls. This happened again the second day. There is no pantry in the property for tea etc.

Hotel récent, moderne, chambre familiale tout confort, cafetière dans la chambre,.propreté, bon emplacement.

Réception peu communicative.

Rooms were neat and all the items were present, the service was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful

This hotel just started 2 months back. They hardly know anything about managing a hotel. Though the rooms are clean, big with good WIFI, but lacks basic facilities and understanding of guest requirement, hangers in cupboard, tissues on bedside table, no chair in room for seating, no tea/coffee service, have no restaurant, no bell boy concept. They must get hotel industry professional to run this hotel, otherwise, do not deserve a platform like booking.com to receive guests.

Nothing except quality of cleanliness and spacious room.
