The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time, especially while we were figuring out a few things when we arrived. There are two absolutely adorable twin black cats to pet.
While the room was clean, the housekeeping could use more attention to detail and just did some odd things. For example, our room had 8 rolls of toilet paper stacked in a pyramid in front of the little bathroom mirror, but only one shower towel was provided for a triple room. Also, the walls are not very soundproof and they kept putting people in the room right next to us instead of leaving an empty room in between occupied rooms. We could feel the springs in the mattress.

Short notice stay. Room was small but met our needs for a late arrival/early start. Would be difficult to access without a car. In the mountains so a welcome respite from the Summer heat/

The staff was very nice, the location is awesome and the breakfast is delicious.
The shower drain did not work, and one of the windows couldn’t be closed

Location and cost
The bathrooms were not well (or even functionally) designed. There is no room to stand and hand a shower. The basin also flooded the floor.
Food was way below standards and restaurant and admin staff came across as unfriendly and unhelpful
