Casa recentemente rinnovata e arredata in ottima posizione centrale su IOP! Facile da accendere / spegnere l'isola. Situato su un ottimo accesso alla spiaggia con parcheggio per golf cart e discesa in spiaggia. Tutti i nuovi materassi in gel di raffreddamento. Due letti queen size, due letti singoli e divano letto queen estraibile. Grande cortile dove rilassarsi con un sacco di posti a sedere nel patio, ferri di cavallo e un'amaca! Enorme doccia esterna privata con posti a sedere. Bagno aggiuntivo e lavanderia sul retro. Minuti dal connettore Isle of Palms. A 2 isolati dal centro ricreativo con pallacanestro, tennis, calcio, baseball e parco giochi. Non perdere questa fantastica casa per le vacanze!

Overall property was clean and as described in the listing. There was a huge backyard for the pets to run and play. It rained the entire time we were there so we didn't spend to much time outside enjoying the fenced in yard. The neighborhood was great and it is just a short walk to the beach!

Great spot! Our pups so enjoyed the HUGE backyard, great location to the beach and driving distance to any type of restaurant you may want…we will for sure be staying here again The Kennards(Brandon, Kelly, Mason, Boomer, Blu and hooch)

The house was nothing special, was an okay place to rest your head at night. The cons: 1. The cleaning could be better. Lots of dust and potential mold in the kitchen above the range. 2. If you’re into cooking instead of going out, I’d pack a pan you like. What is provided is in rough shape. 3. We had some issues with flickering lights. Maybe the bulbs just need to be replaced, maybe it’s the wiring. The pros: 1. I will give credit to the backyard. It’s fenced in, large, and well maintained. I felt like our dogs were safe. 2. The location is good. Close to the beach and a grocery store. Not a terribly long drive to Mt Pleasant for better dining. Caution:The description didn’t disclose a pet fee but after checking in, the host requested an additional 150 host fee for pets. VRBRO helped us settle that, but verify before traveling.
