Quiet place. The room is big. Friendly staff. The owner lend us their kettle coz my husband is fond of drinking coffee.

The room was not cleaned well. I saw an empty water bottle behind the bed. Quite far from the places I need to visit.

Nothing to say Just Excellent. For the budget staying in Phnom Penh, this one is the best. The room is spacious at least have much space to breathe than some guest houses and hotels. More importantly, cleanliness and security are superb. The owners are very friendly and considerate before booking I have some requests and they arranged me the room matched what I want. One more thing, the guest house is not on the busy road so the environment is much peaceful and silent compared to other places. I am tired of road noise thanks indeed I found this guest house. Wifi access is just perfect.

I would say it's about the materials in the room. There are some necessary things that were not given in the room for examples like hairdryer, slippers or electric kettle, etc. However, this is not a big deal though. Everything else is just fine.
