Large room with fridge freezer, crockery and cutlery. Comfortable bed. Excellent aircon; 36° outside but my room was cool. Bathroom small but fine, toiletries provided. Plenty of towels. A communal balcony overlooking the street a shady place to sit. There's a shop in reception selling a good variety of basics, and free water provided 24/7 Vanny and his family friendly and helpful. Good position near Russian Market, easy to get around.

The location was good, just nearby the Russian Market. The daughters of the owner are luckily not like him and very kindly they welcomed us.

We had a room with fan and we already had two weeks traveling around Cambodia with similar room type. Our room in this case didn’t have a window towards the outside of the building and the fan was very weak and positioned on the wall opposite side from the bed. The result is that the first night we almost couldn’t sleep because of the heat in the room so we asked to the owner if he could give us an extra fan, and his answer was “yes but it costs 2 dollars per night”. This is the first bad experience in Cambodia with a guesthouse manager which is totally careless of the well being of the guests but only focused on money.

Great staff, atmosphere, price, quiet at night. They also have a shop at the ground floor, you can purchase daily commodities with more reasonable prices than convenience stores. Wifi was stable enough for online meetings.

So, after a week in Pattaya, these hosts' welcome felt like home coz they really show that they are glad to see you. Overall is fine. Everything is very near and I couldnt wish for more.

I liked everything. We booked shared bathroom but they gave us room with private bathroom. Owner very accommodating, location very good, near to all. Very comfy but not so expensive. We will definitely come back again.

The room was good, towels, water, toothbrush, a good fan, aircon for an extra 4$ per night if you wish. The owners were so kind and so helpful!! I would really recommend to go to this guesthouse in Phnom Penh! Close to the city, but far enough for it to be quiet at night time.
