Duro, our Host was awesome. Super nice family. They gave a really warm introduction and great advice on how to get the most out of our trip.
The house was simple and just enough for our family of 6 (4x kids). Welcomed with some juice and milk in the fridge.
super clean and neat. Good facilities, including great towels, washing machine, and aircon, made it a very easy place to live. I think the value was great for us.
The location is good, its not busy, but also you will likely be jumping in a taxi/uber or bus to get to the main town areas and beaches. 8 Euro to get around - so not bad.
Awesome little restaurant a 30 second walk down the road served our needs most of the time.
We didnt think there were any problems at all. For some it may be a little further away from the main centres, but we found that was a benefit rather than a problem.

The apartment is very conveniently located. Super market, a couple of Bakeries and some restaurants are barely a couple of minutes by walk. The bus stop is right in front of the apartment and you are in old town in 15 minutes.
What stands out is the host, who took time to welcome us, make sure we had everything we needed, had stocked the fridge with essentials and fruit. He was very friendly and had great suggestions on things to do and see.

Clean, well equipped, spacious, friendly host, free parking, lots of helpful info given by the owner at check in, also complementary fruit basket plus tea, coffee, milk, sugar, toiletries, towels changed every few days too. Thanks very much Duro 😃
Next to very noisy road, woken every morning around 5 or 6am by dust carts and traffic noise. Also funny smell in the bathroom, maybe from the a/c unit below? Bathroom and bedrooms are slightly dated, and the beds could be comfier, also smaller pillows and thicker duvets would be better if I'm being really picky....

Clean, comfortable,homely, everything was there what we needed. Host was very helpful, bus stop outside the apartment. Bakery, supermarket and pizzeria across the road, the Mariner 10 mins walk. Location was so convenient. I would definitely recommend this apartment when visiting Dubrovnik.

Very nice and helpful host, close to the old town (around 20 minutes on foot or a couple of minutes by bus). The apartment has everything you need !

Absolutely beautiful place, really spacious and really well equipped. The apartment was a 10 minute walk to the main Dock and about 20 minutes to the old town

Very well equipped apartment, very comfortable, loads of space. Lovely view from sunny balcony. Owners very welcoming and so helpful with area and how to get about. We used local buses which were excellent. We would recommend this apartment.

The owner, Duro is super friendly. Location is near business center, supermarket, pizzaria, and bakery. Apartment is on the main road which is better than walking through the maze of alleyways. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, paper towel, sugar and kitchen utilities. It is centrally located to the resort area (Babin Kuk), Sunset beach (a must-go), and Old town to the East. Telemach store is nearby to buy Croatian SIM card (only 75 kn for 10 GB, 30 days). Washing machine is a great addition with detergent included.
Don't like the mattress. Apartment has only 1 mirror in the bathroom. It would be great to have more mirrors in the bedrooms. Hand towel is needed near the bathroom sink.

The appartment was perfect and we had a warm welcome and lots of good advices. The AC system is perfect and we really felt like home.
Everything was perfect the only thing that should be considered is that the parking place is a little bit small.

Duro is an exceptional host -- extremely helpful, organized, and all-around fine fellow.
Parking place for the car was a bit awkward to pull in and out of on a busy street..

The owner is very enthusiastic to welcome you. He introduced the city and the facilities in the apartment to you. Supermarket, bakery and local bus stop are near you.
If you are not drive a car, it's just a bit far from the main bus station and old city. Even there is a bus stop under the apartment, the bus schedule is sparse.

Everything! Duro was fantastic. Very helpful. We will return to this apartment and will recommend ti family and friends. Everything about this apartment was perfect. Location was great and bus stop at front of door so getting to old town was easy. Thank you Duro for everything
