The apartment is light and spacious with comfortable beds. Thr location is ideal for SEC, Hydro and Armadillo events. The car parking space is invaluable and also secure
Not much! The issue we had with one of the sofas was very quickly sorted. We weren't too sure about the key collection arrangements but it was ok. We had expected to collect keys onsite but it wasn't too difficult.

They were very helpful when after booking we had to cut our stay shott by one due to the rail strike. Then when after leaving they aloud me to get back in to collect something I'd left behind. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed.

Very large lounge, kitchen / diner. 2 x large bedrooms, 1 ensuite. Very comfy beds. Plenty of kitchen apparatus.
The pool table needs renewed. Wobbly legs, uneven surface. Balls roll to the side cushions. It was a big selling point for us booking the apartment. Oven didn't work 1st night but sorted 1st thing next morning. No grill. Blinds in lounge need replaced. Coffee table leg falls off if moved.
The balcony looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Glass panels and glass table very dirty.
Ensuite shower drain needs cleaned out. Hair's came out of it when used

Location was great as attended an event at the OVO. Close to supermarkets.
This was our 2nd stay here. Unfortunately, this time not as good as last time. The property was a bit musty and had that musty smell. Some parts of the cooker were missing and not working. There could have been more attention to the cleaning between guests. Quite disappointed this time round.🫤
