Organized and cozy! I loved the soft bed. I liked the bathroom too, it was clean 👍
I really didn't like the strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana, that was coming from the stairs or the neighboring apartments, the odor was unbearable and permeated my apartment. On the last night, I couldn't sleep properly because of the suffocating smell of cigarettes 😢

For the price it was good value for money
There was no parking but we managed to get a space around the corner by the train station car park for free.
A small couch would have been nice but great for the price. Will be booking for next year.

Great location, easy to access room, local transport easily within reach
Made a mistake re: room no (didnt speak clearly) and found the stsff member on phone turned agressive when she thought i had to vacate the room.

The beds were comfortable, and sheets and towels were clean. They provided a few tea bags and coffee and milk sachets, which were appreciated. The fridge, microwave, and kettle were handy. It is closed to a train station, there are plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby as well as a supermarket. It's really good value for money for London!
The extractor in the bathroom wasn't working, there was a bit of black mould and humidity damage on the floor. It didn't help that there wasn't a matt to keep the floor dry when stepping out of the shower. I think a working extractor and matt would keep the mould down as it's not very widespread yet.
