It had a mini fridge freezer and a little table with 2 chairs
Me and my boyfriend booked a deluxe double Room. I asked the staff for extra pillows as the ones they gave were flat and like broken up inside and very uncomfortable that we couldn’t get to sleep properly. There were stains on the sheet, the bed itself was broken at the end there was a dip in the bed. The shower drain had a bug come out of it which was absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure if the other rooms are better but the Double Deluxe was terrible.

Es war sehr zentral Lidl war nur 3 min entfernt und es gab sehr viele Shops
Das Bett war sehr unbequem. Die Handtücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht und es gab nur 2 Klopapier rollen für 1 Woche. Wenn man im ersten Stock ist, ist der Bewohner sehr laut da man alles hört. Jeden einzelnen Schritt.

Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto il necessario. A due passi dai mezzi pubblici quindi posizione ottimale e comoda. Paesino davvero molto carino, lo consiglio. Staff super disponibile e smart!

The bed was damaged and had a dip in the middle which made my sleep really uncomfortable. I let my work bag on to of wardrobe area and when I got it down it was covered in dirt.

Bathroom was new and clean, nicely decorated. Shower cubicle was good size. Easy free (after 6.30) evening parking on streets outside. Good location for shops, bars etc.
Bed needed a new mattress. clearly displayed Wifi code in room would be useful.

המרחק ממרכז לונדון כשעה ברכבת.
המיטה סופר++++ לא נוחה, קמנו עם כל הגוף כואב, אחרי יום הלכות הדבר היחידי שבא לך זה להיכנס למיטה נוחה, כל קפיץ מתכת הורגש היטב בצלעות, הכריות מאד לא נוחות וקטנות, הניחו על המזרון סדין בלי למגן את המזרון.
המקרר רועש נורא, האור מהמסדרון חודר דרך החריצים מסביב לדלת, כל הלילה אור חזק בחדר מהמסדרון.
במקלחת-
חלק מהמתקנים שבור, ובגדול, התחזוקה לא קיימת, או המודעות אליה, או שזה זלזול-תמיד יימצא מי שירצה לשכור כי זה מצליח גם ככה משום שנמצא באזור לונדון.
החדר לא מבודד בכלל בכלל לרעשים מבחוץ, היום המנקה העירה אותנו בבוקר כי לא הפסיקה לריב/לצעוק/לדבר חזק בטלפון כל הזמן שהיא ניקתה את החדרים מעלינו, מצידינו, זה היה פשוט סיוט אחד גדול.
הוראות הצ׳ק אוט לא נשלחו, היה צריך לנחש שאת המפתח משאירים בסוג של תיבת דאר עם כיתוב שבקושי רואים.
אנא מכם, חסכו את האכזבה, אל תתפתו למחיר הזול, יש למארחים הרבה מה ללמוד אירוח מה הוא.
החוויה הכללית- מאוד לא מקצועי, ברמה של מזלזל, המתקנים בלויים. לא ברור על מה ביקשו פיקדון.

Gteat situation as near venue we were attending
No iron, stated there was a iron, but wasn't and when I called there was nothing they could do. Ruined our evening as couldn't iron partners shirt so he wouldn't come to wedding.

Value seemed good for location and facilities. Nice touch to have tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in a budget room.
Mattress was uncomfortable, no headboard or scatter cushions as shown. Room was tired. Radiators on hallway we're on full blast leaving room far too hot in mid summer. Leaving windows open wasn't practical due to road ouse and sound of pedestrian crossing outside. Room 103 wouldn't be for us if we were to return. Perhaps a rear room would have been better.

The location was pretty good, close to a train station and supermarkets. Staff was responsive (though getting things done took effort).
The room is small and stuffy, hardly any space to put your suitcases even. The "kitchenette" is essentially a fridge and a microwave, where our fridge was broken as it didn't have a separation between the freezer and the fridge itself, meaning that neither worked properly. This eventually got fixed, after a number of days and multiple messages back and forth. Staff added a small electronic stove, but the first one provided didn't work, so that took extra days to get as well.

Bed was ok,location good,price was good too.Hair dryer and iron provided which was good
No cold water,shower was red hot,was told there was a button to regulate it,No button pushing turning off n on was giving me cold water....Had to have wash in sink aswell as wash my hair in sink.
Woken by someone unlocking door at 9.15 .turned out to be cleaner.Had to remind her them check out was 11am.. Messaged staff they apologised.
No air con although it was not advertised as had Air con...Room is over hot.Had to keep door open to blowdry.
Maybe supply fans room way too hot 🔥

Very easy to check in on-line before arriving to the hotel. Very good instructions and even had direct email chat with hotel with nearly instant responses to my queries.
The room was perfect for our needs. Had a great little ensuite shower with towels provided. Had a kitchenette in the room with fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle & TV on the wall.
Easy checkout too, just popped the room keys into a safe box outside the room and that's it.
There is no air con or even a fan to make up for it. Was very hot in the room but thankfully there was a nice breeze last night we slept with window open all night.

Excellent location in the center and yet a quiet place and peace. Very happy with the equipment.

It was super clean. I loved that there was a kitchen in the room with a fridge, microwave and sink with cutleries. The double room was large enough for one or two people. The pillows were nice and comfy. The communication with the hosts was easy and they show that they care.
The bed wasn't too comfy but for the value for money, I'll take it any day.

Location was good, close to all amenities in Beckenham
The room we stayed in was nothing like the pictures shown to represent the property. The room did not feel secure as the lock on the door was very loose. The kitchen was not well equipped, if wanting self-catered accommodation this is not the place to stay. The shower also flooded very easily so could only be used for a minute at most.

Was a good change to have access to cutlery, a microwave, kettle & fridge! Decent space for 2 people and was in a very convenient location.
The Q&A stated that all TVs come with Netflix. This wasn’t the case. A minor issue but don’t say something is included when it isn’t. Also the TV was stuck on Audio descriptive mode which became annoying. We then tried to communicate with the property manager but they seemed as if they didn’t know anything about the property…

Apartment was clean. However the bed was very uncomfortable springs where sticking into my back. The shower was scolding any time you adjusted it went feezing cold or to the extreme roasting hot my partner had been scalded in the shower. Theses where the only two faults other than that the staff were pleasant and location was good too.

It was all very clean and the location is quite nice
We didnt like that the windows did not have shades and thus the sun would easily penetrate the room not allowing us to sleep.
Also we didnt enjoy the bed itself, bad matress and the bed had some very loose pieces.

compact, clean, central in the area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. lovely modern shower room. own kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge.
pillows weren’t great in my room (my son was ok in his though) and no mattress protector on the bed. hot water in bathroom was extremely hot with no warning notice. other than that really pleased with the accommodation and very good value for money.
