Very large and roomy apartment. The kitchen has everything. Great location, to the beach, shops, eatery’s. Balcony has a view.

Very clean and nice views and the staff at the realestate that manages the property are very helpful. Walking distance to all the shops and the beach.

We didn't like the fact it had no wifi and the couch is nice but very uncomfortable to sit on. THE Intercom does not work.

Lucky this place has a good location.

The apartment was so dirty we had to leave one night early and actually lost $250 in doing so! Bathroom vent full of thick dust, windows flyscreens in bedrooms very dusty and mouldy, main bedroom one actually had to be removed and put outside it was that bad. Kitchen cupboards and freezer filthy, Possum droppings on the balcony. Unfortunately not kept in good order, just utilising for a rental and owner or agents do not care. A couple of days after we got home I actually got laryngitis... I am very disappointed with the standards of cleanliness, especially in this day and age!

That I was expected clean and mop afterwards. This wasn't explained clearly when I booked. The ocean view wasn't the same as the pic. It's in the side street. But still good.

Very pleasantly surprised. Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated with almost everything you need for a short stay. The only things missing are a table or storage drawers/cupboard in the third bedroom; having just a bunk bed in a room is not practical. I would also suggest a sign next to the switch to the oven which is near impossible to find being black on black. Be careful when booking. We had apartment 9 and although it is advertised as "with a view", there is no sea view from this particular apartment.

The view and the location

The showers were dark and dirty, no TVs as there was a issue with the aerial, not enough cooking utensils or cook ware for the amount of beds. For this price you are still expected to clean up the apartment on departure, that’s probably why the showers are dirty. Also normally bare essentials in kitchen cupboards. Coffee machine (no pods), not even tomato sauce or vegemite the are Australian staples, let alone any long life milk. The aircon doesn’t reach down the passage to the bedrooms so you have a floor fan, Also you have a special power key for entry and exit. So forget and putting a load of Washing or drying in and leaving it when you leave the apartment your not able. Overall the only good thing was the view, but when that afternoon sun comes you can’t sit on the deck as it’s to hot as it faces the west. The glass on windows and outdoor was filthy also.

Spacious well appointed apartment. Close to shopping precinct and foreshore beach. Extremely comfortable bedding.

The supplementary bedding was promoted as 'single' whereas the actual was 'King single' which caused us issues as we provided our own linen. The doona covers smelt and were in desperate need of a wash and airing.
