We’ll set out. Lift from garage to front door. Great water views. Big screen tv. Just lovely. Phillip island is quiet in the 2nd week of Victoria school holidays. Go see the penguins and grab a coffee from Cafe Biscotti on the main road.
Nothing it was perfect!

The location was really convenient, just a short 10mins walk from the shops and restaurants.
The view was also great, a pity that it was winter so we could not really enjoy sitting at the balcony to enjoy the view

Excellent location and size
Bathrooms are getting a little tired - discoloured tiles make it look dirty even though it was clean.

No breakfast offered, position was excellent.
Improved lounge suit, almost collapsed felt like sitting on the floor, beds were lumpy! BBQ only partially worked, several light globes need replacement, OH&S issue in the kitchen. Oven was filthy. Has a couple of power failures during our visits, several battery emergency light fittings did not work.
