La nostra casa è arredata con design e magnificamente rinnovata. Ci sono quattro camere da letto matrimoniali, tre delle quali sono dotate di letto king-size Cal con bagno privato, e il restante master è un letto matrimoniale e condivide il bagno del corridoio con la camera dei due bambini con letti a castello pieni. Tutte le camere dispongono di TV LCD da 47 ". I bagni 4 1/2 sono stati aggiornati con vanità con pannelli personalizzati, ripiani in granito, piastrelle in travertino, hardware, bagni piastrellati e intarsi di piastrelle personalizzate nelle docce.
La cucina a concetto aperto è perfetta per preparare e intrattenere. La cucina ha mobili con pannelli personalizzati, ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile: piano cottura / forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero. La sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente otto a uno e ci sono posti a sedere aggiuntivi nell'angolo colazione e sul bancone della cucina. Proprio fuori dalla cucina è un mezzo bagno e lavatrice e asciugatrice full-size per gli ospiti.

We were in town for a cheerleading competition & some fun at Disney. Check in process was simple and easy. Instructions for the stay were simple. Close to everything you need for your stay. Grocery, restaurants & of course just blocks away from Disneyland. Beautiful house with so much room. Pool was beautiful and our family loved it. If you are looking for a stay with 10+ people this is definitely a place to get. Host was amazing and very helpful.

It was a beautiful property with lots of room, great common area with amazing game room. Pool was very nice and the Jacuzzi was nice as well. Would love to stay there again.

This property was wonderful. It was clean, centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find, get to, and direct others to. It felt safe, well well-maintained, and all in all it was a great stay that allowed my friends and I to be together and attend a conference, visit the Disney parks, and explore and enjoy the Disney and Convention Center areas.
Our only qualm with the property was that the listing notes a heated pool and hot tub, and the rental agreement gives instructions on how to operate the pool heating equipment. It wasn't until just before check-in that we were informed that heating the pool was an additional cost at a per-hour-per-day rate, and given that it was the first week of November, the pool and hot tub were both too cold to swim in.
Otherwise, I would undoubtedly rent this property again, and I encourage others to do so.

We visited Anaheim for a business conference and picked this home based on it's proximity to the Convention Center. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't a way to cut through to the center, but the walk there wasn't bad. The home was very clean and the rooms were great size. We paid for heat in the pool, however the water was very cold the entire week and we could not figure out how to turn it up. Overall, the home was great and we will definitely book it again when our convention returns to Anaheim.

This house was perfect for our group. We loved having 3 king beds for couples and the bunk beds for the kids. The home was clean and well stocked and our kids loved having a pool and hot tub. Perfect for multiple families heading out to Disney for a couple of days. We Ubered to Disney back and forth each day which was super cheap and convenient since it was so close!
The only thing I would have liked was a large skillet (we only found a very small one that could sit on the gas range, way too small to cook much) so that we could cook large breakfast items like multiple pancakes, or eggs and bacon on, but other than that the kitchen was pretty well stocked. I can definitely see us booking this place again for another Disney trip when we have a bigger group. Everyone slept comfortably!

We came to Anaheim for a day at Disneyland and to catch an Angels game. The location of this property was perfect for both events. We did not walk as we had a car and parking passes but the walk to Disney would have been fine. The house was plenty big enough for our two families, which included 8 adults and 3 teenagers and the remodel/updates were done well. We knew by reading the rules that the quiet hours were early and the pool alarm would be a challenge, however for anyone with young kids the safety is important. We would happily stay here again.

Nice house decent neighborhood. Suitable for multiple families. One thing that was unsettling, but I think Californians are used to this kind of encroachment into their lives by now, is after 10pm one of my guest was quietly enjoying the hot tub and he said he heard a voice on some speaker telling him he’s in violation. I understand it’s city ordinance but that’s just weird since he was alone not making any noise.

We selected this home for a special celebration vacation with close friends and family. The house is beautiful. Even nicer and bigger than it looks in the photos. Plenty space for 10 adults and 1 teenager. Communication with questions was good - very responsive. The door alarms going in/out to the pool are an understandable safety feature that took getting used to - for us it became a fun contest to see who would forget do disarm before opening the door the most. The game room and beautiful pool were wonderful and enjoyed by everyone on days we were not at parks/beaches. We loved this home and would highly recommend staying here.

The house was comfortable and had all we needed and more. Speaking with Carolyn was easy and extremely helpful. Being my first time staying at a VRBO this is going to be hard to beat. My family and I are looking forward to staying again.

House is nice but too many rules and law. Till pay was easy. The day vacation start felt we got ourselves to house where we can’t do nothing because of too many law policies where we fear for getting charge. Not enough trace bags and back door alarm system is worse. Hard to run. We vacation alot but due to too much fear worse place to stay

Perfect venue for family reunion. Description was exactly as described and plenty of space for family of 4. Only difficulty was remembering to close sliding door alarm to the backyard however given city rules, it didn't take long to adjust to. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We chose this property for the multiple master bedrooms suites it provided. The house is fully renovated and they didn't spare any expense, it's very nicely done. The pool and backyard are beautiful. The neighborhood was a mix of houses not well cared for and very nice houses, but, it was quiet and we didn't have any issues. We were able to walk to restaurants and the conference center.
Constructive feedback: We didn't receive our rental agreement until the day of check in and the document was unlike anything I've ever seen, they should really consider simplifying as I felt like I was signing my life away. Shower heads need replacement.

We had an incredible time at this home. There were seven adults, and it was amazing for each couple to have their own bathroom. The kitchen was beautiful and we all made breakfast together every morning. Very comfortable. Very welcoming. Would absolutely recommend.

Awesome house and layout…plenty of beds (8) and bathrooms (4.5). The owners communicate very well and are very easy to reach and very quick replies. Very easy walk to Disneyland. Highly recommend this house.

We booked this property for a 3-day Disney vacation with 8 adults and 2 children. It was a short drive/Uber to the parks which were very convenient. The house was big enough to fit us all comfortably, and we had fun using the game room and pool. We didn't run into any issues during our stay.

Great option for multiple families. About a 20 min walk to Disneyland with kids. Minor wear and tear on the house but overall clean and good layout for bigger groups. A few minor issues but property managers were quick to respond.

This property is perfectly appointed for many purposes. Three bedrooms with en suites allows for privacy, plus 3 more bedroom and 1.5 baths accommodates many groups.. The hosts thought of everything (except a tea kettle!) in one of the most organized kitchens we've ever seen. Walking distance to DisneyLand and close to Santa Ana and other conveniences (like a great grocery store) made our stay just what we needed! Thanks.

We are a family of 5 and our youngest son has cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair. This home was absolutely perfectly accessible in every way. I would recommend adding that to the listing. The rooms are large, the doorways are wide and no stairs or steps. We all enjoyed the pool! The hot tub never warmed up, the pool was always warmer than the hot tub. That was the only disappointment, we all were looking forward to the hot tub after a long day at the park. Otherwise everything was outstanding and we will definitely stay here again.

When we arrived there was a dirty bathroom. One of the toilets had a very dirty seat and also hair was in the shower. This didn’t really cause any concern we cleaned before use. The living room television was doing a weird Picture in Picture thing. They did send a nice maintenance guy to try to fix it however it still didn’t work properly. There were no pots and pans at first. I did message the manager about this they sent someone to bring pots and pans. I want to alert future renters you can’t see the fireworks from this property It is advertised that you can however I tried front yard and back yard with no luck. There is A tall building in the way. You are close to Disneyland. It did cause an issue when we couldn’t get actual times/days gardeners/pool people would arrive, but we got over that. The property is nice however for the amount we paid I expected more.

The home was well kept and the kids loved it. The pool was their favorite. It was close enough that taking an Uber to Disneyland was very inexpensive. The walk to the park seemed too far for the kids to do. We had an issue with our TV remote and they were great about coming to fix it very quickly. Definitely will be renting one of their homes again the next time we're headed to Disneyland.
