Visit our stunning Pool Home, which is perfectly set up to accommodate 4+ families.
Our home is beautifully upgraded and designer-decorated. It features Three master bedrooms which have Cal-king beds with ensuites. The remaining bedrooms have a queen-size bed and shares the hallway bathroom with the two children's rooms featuring full-over-full bunk beds. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or equivalent. All bedrooms are equipped with 47" LCD TVs. Additionally, the 4 1/2 bathrooms boast custom paneled vanities, granite counters, travertine tile, hardware, tiled bathrooms, and custom tile inlays in the showers.
The open-concept kitchen is perfect for prepping and entertaining. It includes custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances such as a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional seating available at the breakfast nook and kitchen countertop. Adjacent to the kitchen is a half bath and a full-size washer and dryer for guests.
Laminate hardwood floors run throughout the entire home. The main living room features a 60-inch TV with a DVD player. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is also included.
You can access the private rear yard with an in-ground pool and jacuzzi through the living room's sliding glass doors. We remotely monitor and control the temperature from our office to ensure it's at the right temperature when you arrive. Enjoy the outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ grill.
The game room in the detached garage is equipped with a ping pong table and standard-size pool table for the kids. Additionally, we provide strollers, high chairs, pack-n-plays, and booster seats for your infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
The home is within a short walking distance of Disneyland Bus (Toy Story Parking Lot) and the Anaheim Convention Center. It also has central air and heat.
This house SLEEPS 15 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 15 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Cars is 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102.

A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Great place for a large group. The house was lovely, clean, and quiet. Plenty of room for everyone. It is about a 25-minute walk to the park entrances or a 12-20 Uber. Uber shows up FAST. We waited no longer than 4 mins. Our only complaint is that the "hot tub" is not a hot tub; it's more of a warm tub. The alarms on the backyard doors can be tricky and get some getting used to.

The home was clean. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were nice. The grounds and pool were well kept. There is lots of aggressively worded signage throughout the house (bathrooms, kitchen, living room) threatening fines if you don’t comply to their rules which made us all feel very uncomfortable. They also scolded us for checking out 20 minutes late and because some of our guests left trash in their trash cans in their rooms. I too am a host and I would never dream of chastising my guess over something so small and petty. There is a curfew and if they catch you with their cameras out after 10PM, they will charge you even if you’re silent There is an alarm that sounds if you don’t push a button and rush out the patio door and close it behind you within 5 seconds which was extremely stressful and ridiculous. One of our retreat attendees suffers from cerebral palsy. She is short and could barely reach the button because it’s at the top of the door frame. She was trying to rush in the house and fell on her face. The alarm sounded while she tried to drag her body inside the house and get the door shut. It was embarrassing and painful for her. I was mortified. I understand that they’re trying to prevent children from getting out to the pool unattended, but there needs to be a better solution. I will never stay here again because it felt like the hosts didn’t want us there. We felt extremely hounded and scrutinized. If that doesn’t bother you, it’s an acceptable place to stay
