Bathroom layout in Deluxe Hotel rooms was a bit awkward

Staff members at reception were very helpful and friendly. We were dropping a family member off at the airport so very handy location.

Doors to the bathroom swing into the toilet in the deluxe hotel rooms making entry a bit awkward. Maybe upgrade to cavity sliders or doors that swing out into hallway?

Good location, nice and clean - albeit a bit pricy

Given the incorrect information for the included breakfast - so paid for something off the menu, to then discover the real buffet and hotel refused to give a refund, instead issued a credit for future use - not sure how legal that is....... but not happy

My husband and I liked that it was close to the Manukau Mall and local bars and restaurants. Breakfast was great? Staff were kind and friendly would highly recommend to all.

Room. Top quality apartment, comfortable, clean with everything you need for a short stay. The washing machine was very useful but the condenser dryer did take a long time. We could not fault the apartment at all…

After about an hour of being in our apartment another couple walked in using a key. It appears reception had forgotten the apartment was already allocated which suggests fundamental problems with the processes adopted by the hotel. If we had been out our possessions could have been compromised. We were informed several times prior to our arrival the reception was not open 24hr over the holiday weekend. For such a large hotel I found this a concern especially if there was an emergency. As it happens a tornado passed very close during our stay so would there have been staff to assist if it had been closer or just a call centre? No mention or advanced warning was made about the restaurant being closed because of flooding until we arrived. Then it was not made clear if breakfast was being made available during the weekend. Signs advertising the restaurant were left on display even after I asked if this should be the case. With no warning obtaining provisions was difficult because many grocery stores shut for the holiday weekend. Parking. This hotel does not have adequate parking for its guests but does not warn you in person or with signage what appears an extension of their area is in fact an events car park that has charges.

Two bedroom apartment was actually two adjoining units so we had our own space. Washing machine and dryer in each apartment and really sunny. Free parking.

When we arrived to check in at 3.45pm our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait 20 minutes then we’re given a key to only one room and was told that they would bring us the other key shortly. That never happened and we had to chase it. Our keys then stopped working on 3 occasions during our stay. Ringing reception didn’t work and was never answered except by voicemail. Cobwebs in corners of the rooms and on the balcony and food marks on the bedroom door and wall by the tv.

Location is perfect just off the motorway with plenty parking Beds are comfy and rooms have everything u need

Check in was a bit slow Reception was packed and only one person who was dealing with a super complicated issue with another customer. Help eventually arrived, but i really think the sole staff member should have requested assistance earlier

LOCATION AND THATS ALL ITS GOOD FOR

THAT IT TAKES 2 WEEKS FOR THE HOLDING FEE TO BE REFUNDED, MY ROOM WAS NOT SERVICED TILL CLOSE TO 1700HRS AND THAT WAS ONLY BECAUSE I CALLED RECEPTION ASKING WHY IT WAS NOT DONE EVEN THOUGH I LEFT THE SIGN OUT ON THE DOOR, WAS AWAY ALL DAY TO COME BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS LEFT, THE REMOTE CONTROL DIDN'T HAVE A COVER ON THE BACK SO THE BATTERIES KEPT FALLING OUT

Reasonable price

Poor customer service. Asked me to vacate a room I'd paid for. The receptionist had booked it for me. I said I couldn't, she asked me if I minded that they remove my cases for me. Of course she couldn't do that. The manager resolved it for me. He said the receptionist in question will be advised accordingly.

Breakfast was very nice. The creamy mushrooms were excellent.

They processed a pending payment against my credit card which is still there a month later even though they have processed another charge.

Great location for heading south out of Auckland. And pretty handy for the airport as well. Room was comfortable, quite small, however still had tea/coffee making facilities, and good aircon.

She’s a bit of a step entrance, up the stairs, however there is also a ramp.

stay here a lot because it’s convenient to the airport

we were in room 7 with a big steel beam through it . it was small and noisy as well. Bathroom smelt damp
