Newly renovated, Luxury 3 Bedroom pool home close to beach, private dock on Kettle Harbor.
Questo aggiornato 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni di casa ha contatori di pietra, mobili in legno, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, pavimenti in legno duro in difficoltà e molti altri extra. Questa casa sul lungomare dell'isola si trova sul porto aperto più largo senza ponti verso l'ICW. La casa comprende una zona giorno esterna con un gazebo chiuso che offre a bordo piscina una nuova cucina completa all'aperto. Questa casa vive nell'isola al suo meglio! Hai mai fatto una vacanza sull'isola prima? Palm Island a. k.a. Don Pedro Island, è un'isola barriera lunga 7 miglia tra Sarasota e Ft. Myers sulla costa del Golfo con spiagge di sabbia di zucchero, bellissimi porti e lagune, pesca e bombardamenti fantastici accessibili solo con un traghetto di 10 minuti o una barca privata. Le nostre spiagge sono tra le più incontaminate e tranquille di tutta la Florida costiera. Non ci sono grattacieli che bloccano la vista sul Golfo, strade sabbiose non asfaltate e un'atmosfera rilassata della "Vecchia Florida". C'è un ristorante chiamato Rum Bay che serve pranzo e cena. Il traghetto per auto parte continuamente dalle 6:30 alle 22:00 da domenica a giovedì e fino alle 23:00 venerdì e 12:00 mezzanotte sabato. Guidi la tua auto sul traghetto e poi direttamente alla tua casa vacanza. È un posto molto speciale per le vacanze. Abbiamo noleggi di kayak e golf cart per il vostro uso durante la vostra vacanza.

Overall this rental is such a dream! Our family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids under 6 yrs old) enjoyed all the amenities from the pool, to fishing off the dock to watching fish jump and dolphins swim by from the comfort of the living room. This house is very clean and organized and has almost everything you could possibly need (I’ll get to what it lacks in a bit). Definitely rent a golf cart to get around the island and go exploring. All the beds were spacious and comfortable. The ONLY downfall to our vacation was the insanely abundant amount of mosquitos. Obviously this is not the renter’s fault but I feel like there should have been more precautions taken (tiki torches, citronella candles, ANYTHING). Although, I’m not sure this would have helped. They were so bad after a rain halfway through our trip that we could not enjoy the home’s outdoor amenities especially in the evenings. We had to go to the mainland to buy all the mosquito repellants and it was not enough. Luckily, we spent all of our remaining time at the beach and did a boat tour so it worked out well, but I did want to warn future renters of the crazy amount of mosquitos so they can hopefully come more prepared than just bug spray. Overall, wonderful home and location but be prepared for mosquitos.

Such a great house. My host(Jim) was there to answer every question i had. Kitchen has the best cookware I've seen in any rental house. The outside pool area is the best! So many complimented about that space. Plenty of room to sleep a nice sized group. Rent a golf cart for sure. Quick ride to the beach and a great way to explore this beautiful island. Really enjoyed our stay.

We loved this house so much! Everything was just perfect. From the updated home inside to the wonderful backyard with all the extras. Don Pedro Island was exactly what we needed and we can’t imagine a better house than this one. One note - make sure you rent a golf cart (from the resort) so you can easily get to the beach.

We loved our stay here - the property is just awesome! From checkin to check out everything was perfect. Jim the property manager was wonderful. We give this property 10 stars and can't wait to come back again!!!
