Emplacement excellent.

Private, great location, easy to find.
Thin walls, a bit of soundproofing would be good.

The location is right in the middle of a fantastic bar/restaurant promenade, the restaurant on the upper corner became a regular stop for us. The Souvlaki and greek salad were some of the best we had in Athens. Met several wonderful locals in that area, more locals than tourists, which we love. Quick walk to the more touristy spots to do all the things. There are several really great local shops for antiques, jewelry and clothes too!
The terrace is tiny, suited for two, just be aware. Kind of hard to find a taxi in the area, but that is likely true of everywhere in the area, give yourself more time to drive. We had no problems walking.

Was in a great location, in more of a locals area, but still easy to get to the main tourist sites. The air conditioning was fabulous and the accommodation provided everything necessary for a comfortable short stay.
