The location is great
A parking spot is guaranteed
Nice quality decorations
The apartment is quite big
I don't know if it was because The owner had to relocate us and was in a hurry or not but The apartment wasn't clean at all. It was dust on all furniture. There wasn't almost any kind of soap and the floor was so dirty that it turned my socks from black to brown.
If it wasn't for the cleaning problem it would had been a 10.
