Nice size room. Friendly staff. All areas clean. Centrally located.
Small car park, but that’s the only negative.

What a fab hotel ! Delicious food, friendly staff nothing too much bother. Room was so clean and comfortable. Greay buzz around the bar and breakfast area. Couldnt ask for more. Thank you

The location was excellent. I had a wonderful view of the Shannon river.
The hotel car park is very small but there is pay and display parking available immediately outside the hotel with reasonable rates. I paid €5 for 24 hours.

Breakfast was really good and the staff were lovely and friendly and helpful
The cleanliness in the hotel bedroom was very poor .The welcome book had a stain on the cover. There was no mattress protector on the bed .The fitting sheet was badly stained.I found the mattress protector in the wardrobe and left it out for the staff who serviced the room on our second day to put it on the bed, but unfortunately it remained in the bag.The throw was badly strained aswell.
