The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Centrally located hotel. Walking distance to restaurants and city walk.
Would have like a breakfast option. But there were several easy places within walking distance.

The room was spacious and initially seemed clean. Location was very central
The room was very hot at night. We found someone else's underwear in the open locker. Very noisy outside until about midnight.

Excellent location right in the center of town with a free car park, which had very easy access to the main streets on all the shops and restaurants.

The staff at reception were so welcoming and helpful. Gave great advice and seemed genuinely interested in our experiences. Gave great advice about restaurants. The property is very well located for accessing the main sights in Carrick on Shannon and the vicinity. Access to restaurants and bars very close. Beds comfortable, plenty hot water and not noisy. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils. Apartment very spacious.
The floor cleaning and carpets could be improved and a sink in bathroom not clean and needed freeing up. Other than that it was a super location for a break.
