Spotless, every comfort and delightful owners, cannot recommend highly enough. Close to Honestly, the only organic restaurant serving free range meat that I know in Ireland….what a package deal! Carrick on Shannon is a fabulous town with so many attractions nearby.

Second stay within a month and I can’t recommend this property enough! Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly hosts and a very good breakfast, all at a very reasonable price. Very good value for money! The location is a 20 minute walk from the center of Carrick-on-Shannon, perfect for exploring the beautiful Leitrim countryside. Highly recommended!

dining room and sitting room were not bad
Whenever the bathroom sink is in the bedroom instead of the bathroom, it is not a good sign. Barely enough room to stand at the sink. Bathroom was too tiny for a sink. Rugs need a deep cleaning or replacement. Pictures on website suggest that the property is near the Shannon River when, in fact, it is on the outskirts in a grouping of other buildings. Disappointing. We would not go back.

You have your own car park.
The breakfast is good and you have a choice of different tastes.
The room is clean an comfortable.
After asking the host for an adapter for our charger she looked for it directly and gave us on per person.
The host seemed to be annoyed which made us feel unwelcomed. It could depend on the day but we were the only guests so we expected some more kindness. The property was more expensive than booking.com told us so we had to pay extra in the morning (she told us already as soon as we got there).

It was clean, really comfortable beds, and Charlotte was friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfast. Beautiful guesthouse and garden. Accommodating of our wee dog.
