Historic Luxury French Quarter/ Marigny Villa with Pool & Spa
Paradise Park fu costruito durante il boom del cotone degli anni '70 del XIX secolo per una ricca famiglia creola francese e conserva gran parte del suo carattere originale oggi. Una casa molto spaziosa a quasi 4.000 piedi quadrati che ha 11 'soffitti e finestre estremamente grandi con abbondante luce naturale. La casa può ospitare comodamente un sacco di persone con un totale di 8 posti letto e c'è molto spazio a disposizione. Siamo a pochi passi dal quartiere francese, da Bourbon Street, da Frenchmen Street e dalla linea di tram. Resta e gioca come un passo locale da tutto!
Una delle migliori caratteristiche di questa residenza signorile è la squisita piscina di acqua salata e spa nel cortile posteriore! Perfetto per rinfrescarsi dopo una gita estiva o per riscaldarsi durante le fresche notti invernali a New Orleans ...

Our stay was amazing and over the top. Clean and perfect. The pictures do not do justice to the house. History captured in decor and architecture. Some of our guests cried as they FaceTimed their family. Our host quickly answered questions. Perfect welcome information pack, it covered everything we needed. A plus was the local house managers who were available to answer questions or help. We especially appreciated being able to add in the early check in. It was like having another day. Even though our weather was over cast and rainy. We used the pool often, great for relief from walking all over. The Ruby Slipper is just down the street, half a block from the house. Loved the food. The location of the house was close to almost everything by walking, but we did hire bike drivers and Ubers at times. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. 🥰

Great location for those who dig the music side of NOLA. We went out as a group of friends enjoying the parades of locals Mardi Gras and strollin' over to pubs and music spots off of Frenchman and Bourbon. The host was great, the owner was responsive, and the amenities hit the spot.

This is an unbelievably beautiful property in a great location!! Our property managers were kind and responsive. Would stay here many more times!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Paradise Park. The home is well-outfitted with amenities, and everything is comfortable and clean. On top of that, the eclectic design aesthetic is a visual feast, which really added to our enjoyment of staying in a historic house. The pool is wonderful to have in the NOLA humidity, and the backyard very private and serene. Street parking was easy for our large SUV. Check-in and check-out were simple with the lovely caretakers. The location is perfect- on a quiet neighborhood street, only a short walk from all the sights and attractions of downtown NOLA. This is an amazing house, and we can't fathom staying anywhere else in New Orleans in the future!
