The property was amazing we had 9 girls with us it and it was plenty of room. Bourbon Street was about a 20 min walk which was awesome!

House was spacious and clean and everything worked well inside. Take advantage of the backyard too. Easy access to the French Quarter and Downtown.

Entire family gathered for Christmas! House is exactly as pictured. Everything we needed was there and available. Host was exceptional! Plenty of room for everyone!

We arrived around 10:30pm to this gem of a property. Tim has done a great job renovating. It is very clean and comfortable. We were a group of five adult women. We all had our own bed and two sisters shared a bathroom. The first night we ripped into the bag of chips and Prosecco that Tim provided. So wonderful after a travel day! It was an easy walk to the quarter and Frenchmen. We loved Ruby Slippers for breakfast, Who Dat Coffee for a quick brew, and stumbled upon a little treasure called Frenchmen All Day with the most delicious espresso martini made with cold brew. So good! Of course the french quarter was full of even more characters than usual for Halloween. We had so much fun there. And coming home to Tim’s sanctuary at the edge of it all was just perfect! You should stay here!

This was such a beautiful and clean place and had everything we needed or could possibly want. The outdoor space was great. My guests were raving about the house the whole trip. Our group found it to be an easy walk to Bourbon st. and Frenchmen st. The owner was very accommodating and even let us know about an event happening when we were in town. We can’t wait to stay here again next time we’re in town!

Elegant and comfortable accomodation for our large group of adults; short walk to the French Quarter and Marigny; quality bedding and toiletries; spacious open floor plan and private back patio. Owner, Tim, is extremely responsive and helpful and graciously provided bottle of Prosecco to kick start our reunion! Thanks, Tim!!

If I could give Tim 6 stars I would! Everything was seamless from pre to post check-in. Tim was responsive and helpful in every aspect that he could be. The property was amazing! We were able to walk to and from the French Quarter every day, which saved us on Ubers. The space was clean and spacious with more than enough room for our group of 10. Thank you Tim for your amazing hospitality - we can't wait to return to NOLA!

The accommodations were as described in the listing. The distance walking were as expected, a short distance to French Street and reasonable distance to the entire French Quarter and River. We rented a car but only used it for long drives out of the city in the 5 days we were there.
Our host Tim was more than helpful. Any question i had was answered within a short time frame and you could tell he wanted to make sure everyone was going to be taken care of.
Overall it was a memorable experience and i would definitely stay at any of his locations again.

Beautiful, clean and well equipment. Very comfortable. Host was very responsive. It is on a quite street but is also corners a fairly busy street. Loved that it was a historic home.

We traveled to New Orleans to attend the Essence Festival for my 50th Birthday. The property is beautiful, well stocked, and in walking distance (less than 10-15 minutes away) to several restaurants. We easily found places to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even a late night meal. The beds were very comfortable and the patio was a nice bonus.

The owners of this home went above and beyond for us. I made a mistake on how many nights we were staying; all 10 of us could have been out on the street. Tim was so patient & kind helping us stay the final night. The house is in an area that is historic and being revamped by people like Tim. It's walkable to everything just like you see in the description. Inside is gorgeous with top amenities. I feel like if I lived next door to Tim we would be friends...he's that nice. If I go back to NOLA I will stay at this house or one of his other 3 locations. I cannot give you one reason not to book. Do it! You will love it!

Our stay was amazing! Great location- walkable to the French Quarter or Frenchmen St. So clean and comfortable! Our group of 9 ladies were in town for a bachelorette party and we had an amazing time. We all slept comfortably and having so many bathrooms was a huge plus! Tim was an amazing host- would totally rebook if we find our way back to New Orleans.

- lower beds/2 beds were so high we couldn’t climb into them
- when using the up/down arrows as instructed a/c units did not seem to work correctly

This place was perfect for the 8 of us to stay for a friend's birthday weekend celebration. It was clean, had excellent amenities, and was in a good location where we were close enough to the action but also able to sleep. We did a combination of eating out and ordering/eating in. Definitely not a disappointment!

Love that we were as impressed with the property as we were when viewing on line! Beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of essentials! Tim was quick to respond with my questions leading up to our visit, including area recommendations. Loved that we were literally able to walk to the Quarter, Market, and Frenchman Street. 10/10 would stay again!!

This house is exactly like the pictures. There were 9 in our group and we were all very comfortable here. Plenty of room, modern amenities, and very clean. We were able to walk almost everywhere which was super convenient.

Eight people, 4 days/3 nights = Just Perfect. Three of our guys couldn't walk the 4-6 blocks to, much less around, the French Quarter, but the parking was close enough and the rest of us got our steps in. Food was abundant and music plentiful. We're in the wine age now, no longer hurricanes! And we still all had a fabulouos time.

This property is beautiful and extremely well kept. Each room is lovely and most of the bedrooms have their own bathroom! The back patio is great too. We had 10 adults stay here and it was absolutely perfect for us. Tim is extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating! We had such an excellent trip and we would absolutely book this house again! Such a beautiful and amazing house for our 6 night stay in NOLA. We had a group of six people (five friends and a couple) each of us had our own spacious room and almost every bedroom had an en suite. When we arrived we immediately felt welcomed as there was a bottle of Prosecco and a bag of Zapp’s chips (local NOLA brand). The house was stylishly decorated, comfortable and spacious. The courtyard was peaceful and another beautiful space to be in. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, bathrooms had soft and luxurious towels and the great smelling toiletries were a nice touch.
The owner was responsive to all our questions and requests.
Location is perfect between the French Quarter and Frenchman street; both were a 10-15 minute walk. We rented a car and had no issues with finding parking in front of the house.
I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again if I had a group!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The Marigny neighborhood was a great change of scenery for us, extremely close to the French Quarter and Frenchmen. We did not have any issues parking.
The home was clean and spacious, and check in was a breeze. I was really drawn to this home because it is single story, which was great for my mother because she has trouble getting up and down stairs. Wifi was great and strong, the kitchen was stocked, the AC kept us nice and cool, and there were plenty of towels, and room to spread out. It is a truly a beautiful renovation.
Please note that there is only tv in the home - the living room, but it wasn't an issue for us since everyone had their own devices. Also, the front bedroom does not have an attached bathroom, so anyone that sleeps there must share with the first bedroom in the hall. Again, not an issue for us since we are all family.
Thank you for a wonderful stay! We loved this home and our time in New Orleans.

We had a great time and the property is very nice. Spacious, high ceilings, plenty of bathrooms, and everything is very nice and high-end feeling. We were walking distance from the French Quarter, but the neighborhood is quiet enough that you could relax and get some shut-eye too. Tim was a terrific host and very accommodating. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in New Orleans!

Everything was AWESOME
From the moment we inquired about this property until we checked out, Tim the host was AMAZING. He gave recommendations to restaurants and activities. He was always quick to respond to any and all of our questions. The pictures do this property no justice, it is gorgeous. We were a party of 10 and everyone had plenty of room. The house was clean. The backyard was beautiful. If ever in NOLA again this will be our go to house. Thanks for everything Tim.

A great space in a great location
The space was very new, clean and modern. A great update to a NOLA classic shotgun house. The space is great for gathering with friends and is a very short walk to the French Quarter, Frenchman Street and other locations. I recommend you try Lorettas Beignets!
