We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into this home. Everything was as described and we loved it. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything you could think of for a great week. The location to the beach was awesome and we loved the beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas! We spent most of our time between the private pool and beach. And Greg the owner made the whole rental process very easy. We would definitely love to go back!

We enjoyed our time here. We had a very short walk to the beach, and the house was spacious and filled with a ton of amenities, including items for the beach and pool. We were pleasantly surprised to find multiple beach umbrellas, chairs, wagons, floaties, toys, balls and even a cooler. The house features three ensuite bedrooms. Two of these ensuites are king bedrooms and the third is a double-bed ensuite. The double-bed room can only be accessed through the third king bedroom, which is open (formerly an entertaining space) and has no closet or bathroom. A queen bedroom can be found on the main level, and a bedroom featuring two twin beds is located upstairs. Two smaller full bathrooms are located in the hallway, just outside of these rooms. There are 5 full bathrooms in total - 3 are located in bedrooms and 2 are accessed via the hallway. There are six bedrooms, including the open king bedroom. The house has two driveways, so there is plenty of parking space. There is also a trolley stop right outside the house. Overall, this is a great house. We plan on staying here again!

My group loved this house! We had a group of several couples in town for another friends wedding. Everyone told me several times over the weekend how happy they were with the house. The pictures hardly do the place justice, its beautiful. It is in an awesome location, just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. There was a ton of room with comfortable sleeping options for the whole crew (10 people). Also, there were tons of beach necessaties that we took advantage of (chairs, umbrella, wagon) which really made our day! We would absolutely stay here again.

Great house for family vacation. Main floor has 1 king and private bath and 1 queen with hall bath. All other bedrooms upstairs. Comes stocked with beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas and cart. Downstairs was nice outside cooking area around pool. Picnic table, nice chairs and hammock.

The pool here was really nice and I was really happy with it. The things here were really fun and I had a really good time riding the bikes. The beds were also really comfortable. Overall it was a really nice experience.

Hoping to return in 2024 or 2025. Greg was great to work with. Prompt with responses. No complaints what so ever.

Very beautiful home. The kitchen has lots of things you need. Love that we had 3 fridges. 2 in the kitchen and 1 by the pool. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor are very nice. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are very nice also. Nice surprise to have the king upstairs in the open area. The double and queen bed is a little to hard for some of us. But the kings worked perfectly. The walk in showers are very nice! Love how all the lights are labeled. The TVs are hard to figure out. The pool was very nice and was great that it was private. The only downfall of the house is there is no bathroom in the bottom area by the pool. Because if your wet and try to go upstairs the floor is very slick. When the grandkids came by it would have been very helpful. This place was just perfect for my granddaughters small wedding reception. Was perfect place to come back after wedding and enjoy our family by the pool area and visit. Thank you for your beautiful home.

We loved the house. It was beautiful and had so much space. In addition, the kitchen was fully equipped with anything that you needed. Location was a block away from the beach which was such a plus! Shops and restaurants were close as well. Would definitely recommend this property.
