Questa grande casa in stile familiare si trova all'angolo tra Via Deluna Drive e Panferio Drive sul lato sonoro di Pensacola Beach. Questa casa ha un molo (condiviso con un'altra casa) che conduce alla baia e a pochi passi dal Golfo. MOLTO vicino al divertimento e ai ristoranti che puoi raggiungere a piedi o prendere il carrello gratuito.
Rilassati sull'altalena sulla veranda o fai uno spuntino sul tavolo da picnic della veranda posteriore. I bambini possono giocare a basket o al parco proprio dall'altra parte della strada.

This was the perfect house for our family with kids. Perfect location for going to the beach and the bay side. We saw dolphins jumping and swimming around in the bay daily.. was just a lovely vacation. The only downside I would say about this rental is you need to bring all your own beach gear & chairs, the host said unfortunately they provided them at one time, but people keep stealing them. Great memories made! Would rent here again.

Every thing was great! Two days of fishing, kept boat on the dock for two days, wish there was fresh water to rinse boat!!!

I usually go out of my way to give positive reviews, but I wish I had known some of the following details before I reserved this rental.
The shower upstairs did not drain well, and soapy water and floating hair from previous guests came up quickly. My son's shower downstairs included a huge live cockroach. My daughter got a towel out that still had crusty material that looked like vomit, and my towel looked like it had makeup on it. The shower in the garage worked well until someone flushed, and my husband was scalded (mark was there for a full 24 hours). Coffee cups in the cupboard had coffee rings in them, and our upstairs room had enough sand that I had to clean my feet to put on socks. The Internet did
not work consistently, and we could not watch tv because it dropped the connection. You get the idea.
If cleanliness and maintenance were not huge issues, the decor is nice, as is the location, which is near both the beach and a small pier. We enjoyed having a table big enough for our 10 adult family members. I spent some time behind the scenes cleaning stuff so my family could have a good time, which they did (with a few "YUCK!" moments and not very many showers).
With little attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this would be a really great place to stay. I would suggest that the owner use a different management company. We were only there for a short time, and did not try to contact the owner, so my rating of communication is not on him. The app simply required that everything be rated.
