The location was fantastic. A short stroll from the centre of beautiful San Gimignano. The host was excellent too - very efficient, friendly and easy to deal with. Responsive too. The flat is comfortable and simple, with a lovely atmosphere and well furnished.
The bathroom is a little tired, and there's no washing machine. There's no a/c either which was fine for us but might be problematic in hotter weather. We knew all this before we booked - the accommodation was exactly as promised and we loved it.

Location excellent. Clean with good lighting. Nice extras.
Hot water ran out while I was showering, and ran freezing cold.
Shower is small with just a shower curtain. Bed is queen size with a small foam mattress on top of standard mattress. The “landmark view” is out of the only window across and alleyway to another brick building. Wifi signal quite weak away from dongle.
