Appena rinnovato nel 2016 ... Dai un'occhiata alla cucina Kraftmaid con armadi in stile shaker bianco, ripiano in granito nero e tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Samsung frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, fornello a gas KitchenAid, lavastoviglie, micro ... Il primo piano ha una cucina aperta con una sala da pranzo / soggiorno. Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto SAMSUNG da 50 "con film Netflix gratuiti e un sistema audio Sonos per la musica. C'è anche una lavanderia con lavatrice / asciugatrice LG e un bagno di servizio con wc / lavandino. Al secondo piano ci sono 2 camere da letto ciascuna con un letto matrimoniale e Smart TV a schermo piatto SONY da 40 ". Il bagno completo al secondo piano ha una doccia con piastrelle della metropolitana in marmo e un lavandino con 2 lavandini e servizi igienici. Il terzo piano è una grande camera da letto in stile aperto che ha un letto matrimoniale con 2 letti singoli e Smart TV a schermo piatto. Il cortile è recintato e paesaggistico professionale con 2 cortili. Uno con tavolo / sedie da pranzo all'aperto e un altro con sedie a sdraio. Weber grill a gas e doccia esterna. Una volta parcheggiata l'auto, ci sono numerosi ristoranti / bar, negozio di alimentari, negozi, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Non c'è bisogno di guidare! While the weather wasn’t great for most of our week, the cottage was a perfect home away from home in the best location for our stay. Thank you Linda and we will be back again!

Great experience, lovely house and quiet neighborhood

The house was really wonderful. Very clean and comfortable for our family including our two toddlers and our dog. It was very well stocked and beautifully decorated. The backyard was great for us and for our dog. Location cannot be beat. Very easy walk to the beach even for our 2 year old. We were so close to all the restaurants, shops etc. We didn’t use our car the entire trip and went to some amazing restaurants right nearby. I agree with another reviewer that the stairs are steep so wouldn’t be ideal for someone with mobility issues but wasnt an issue for us. You won’t be disappointed by this rental!

We had a wonderful week in this house! It has all the extras you would want and never seem to remember to bring yourself. The interior and all the design touches were wonderful. The back yard and garden were a perfect place for dinner or any meal. The location is just steps from markets and shopping which meant we parked the car and walked everywhere all week. A great place to stay!

Love the location. The 3rd floor was perfect for teenagers. The front porch was my favorite spot. Had a tv remote issue Linda came right over to help us.

This house is a true gem! Beautifully restored, with wonderful modern amenities with classic charm. The front porch is the perfect place to sit and have coffee or read a book, the backyard is large and has a wonderful dining area and it's just a short walk to the heart of Beach Haven, Fantasy Island and the beach. A wonderful house that we would love to return to again!

We really enjoyed the house and location. The decor and landscaping are lovely. The backyard is a peaceful place to sit after a long day at the beach. The front porch is sweet and cozy for morning coffee. If you have difficulty with climbing stairs (the house is older and has smaller (in depth) steps), this may not be the right rental for you. Linda, the owner, is attentive and accommodating. A great place for adults and older kids.

We had an excellent vacation in Beach Haven. The beach was beautiful and the house we stayed in was an excellent choice. The property is close to the beach, town and really within walking distance to anywhere you want to go. The house is beautifully decorated, is clean, comfortable and is equipped with anything you need. The backyard is set up for relaxing, entertaining and is tastefully landscaped but the front porch was my favorite place to hang. We had a great time and will be coming back next year!

This house is just perfect. Fenced in yard for dog. Walk to everything in Beach Haven. Has a porch, which I just love. It's my second time renting with Linda, I rented one of her bigger houses last year, with more family. She is so nice and great to deal with. I know I will be seeing her again.
