Amazing location, quite but close to everything; big yard, covered porch, and the place is modern and Uber comfortable. Had a relaxing dinner with 8 guests on porch, followed by a short stroll to a great hand scooped ice cream joint a few blocks away!

A beautiful home in quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. If you prefer to eat at home, you’re in luck, everything you need is there. Open a few cabinet doors, look in a couple of drawers and you’ll find all you need, just supply the food! This home is immaculate with countless amenities. A fenced in yard for your pet (and guests) a large deck with plenty of seating, TV’s wherever you choose to relax (including the deck), music throughout the house (connect your own source via Bluetooth), 5 star hotel quality bedding, sheets and towels... to list just a few. The bathroom is clean beyond expectations and includes shampoo, body wash etc. Owners Mike and Heather are gracious and accommodating and have prepared and equipped their house to assure a pleasant experience. I’m sure I missed something but whatever it is, expect a delightful surprise. Definitely worth more than the five stars the rating system allows.

Home is located one block off main thoroughfare that provides access to all shopping needs and is a 10 minute ride to historic Charleston. A quiet neighborhood, and a very nicely appointed home with high-end appliances, thoughtful interior, decorations, and comfortable furnishings. Highly recommend, no reservations.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The home was beautiful and a very short walk to a coffee shop, some lovely restaurants, and a grocery store. The home was perfect and the baby amenities provided were perfect for our 9 month old. Quick drive to downtown Charleston and mount pleasant. Would absolutely love to stay here again!!

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at this property. It was a great location for our home base as we explored all around Charleston. The neighborhood is tree lined and quiet, yet close to restaurants and shopping (including Whole Foods), plus it's easy to get to all the beaches, plantations, downtown, etc. The kitchen is gorgeous and well equipped (we cooked meals). The house is beautifully renovated and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable. We especially loved relaxing on the large back porch with the gas fire pit (the backyard is big and private with lots of trees). The heated tile and mirror in the bathroom were great extras. The hosts were fantastic-very communicative. They sent us clear instructions for everything and were invested in us having a great stay. It was easy check in and out with keyless entry. We really loved staying here-felt like home! We highly recommend this property!

We visited Charleston for the Charleston Open tennis tournament and chose this cute cottage for its location. It was a great check-in experience and wow was it adorable! My husband and I had a great experience right from the start with the owners and there was nothing we needed to do but enjoy this beautiful home. It was a brick home in an older, tree lined community. For a rental property that accepts dogs - it was very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Even though we were close to Savannah Hwy (Rt. 17), The neighborhood overall was quiet and we even enjoyed the hourly bell chimes (which did not ring at nighttime) from the Church across the street. We discovered some nice shops and Antique stores within the Avondale/ Windermere neighborhood. This is the closest we stayed to Charleston and it was such a breeze to drive into Charleston which was only 15 minutes away. While we didn’t take advantage of some of the additional niceties, we were impressed that there was a heated bathroom floor, music surround system inside and out, and an outdoor tv and fire pit. The backyard was such a surprise as it was really huge and fenced which was great for our Bernese Mountain Dog. The weather was comfortable in the high 60’s- 70’s and we enjoyed reading and lounging on the expansive porch and deck. Would stay here again - even our family who came to visit us were super impressed with the home and yard!

We were very pleased that the property was tidy and comfortable. We did not end up, traveling with our dog, but will absolutely bring her on our next stay. The property is extremely well-suited for our dog!

Mike and Heather's rental offers an impressively clean environment with all the necessities when being away from home. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need. Immaculate. Spacious. Loved the outside deck and sitting area. Yard was perfect for our pups. The home's design features were crisp, with clean lines and noteworthy character- and tastefully decorated. Great location. This house is in a very convenient location to all that Charleston has to offer. There are several restaurants that you can easily walk to. Our 2 dogs traveled with us and enjoyed the very spacious backyard. The house was clean and comfortable!

What a great house and neighborhood. The house was just as pictured and described. When we weren't out exploring we spent our time on the back deck watching tv, playing cards, eating, and just hanging out. We walked to a couple of restaurants and shops that were very close. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location is very convenient. Not far from anything you want to explore. Property was perfect for for our Lab to run around and play. Nice neighborhood. House was clean. Mike and Heather were great to deal with. They put my mind at ease since my wife and I were driving from Michigan to Charleston just a couple days after tropical storm Ian hit the coast. They updated me about what was going on and it was truly appreciated. Overall good experience. Charleston was great and so was this property.

This was our first visit to Charleston and we were very happy with our house choice. The location was perfect as we were a quick ride to all the different areas we wanted to check out. We really couldn't believe how close we were to downtown, but then we could go back to our quiet house and back deck to enjoy takeout and just relax after a big day of exploring.

We had a fantastic three days in the cutest house with an amazing outdoor space a a gorgeous kitchen. I can honestly say there was nothing we did not like about the house. The only thing we wish we had was a half bathroom. Location was perfect. We did not want to be downtown, but close enough…

The VRBO was an adorable home and ideal for our family during our stay in Charleston. It provided all the amenities we needed and more and was spotlessly clean. The host was responsive and made the whole process from check-in to check-out frictionless. We can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great time at this property. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The property is very well decorated. We really enjoyed listening to music on the sound system when we were hanging in the house and on the backyard deck. We also enjoyed playing corn hole on the SC boards which were included on the property. My dog loved running around the large fenced in back yard. The area is very safe and we walked to a couple of nice restaurants which were very close to the house. Overall, we would highly recommend staying at this property.

My sister and I and my two older teens spent a week here. More than enough room for the 4 of us. Arrival was perfect we had all the information we needed. Convenient to downtown and the beaches. Nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the place. If we had any suggestions to make it would be to have a full length mirror somewhere and maybe a sitting bench in a bedroom. Other than that our stay was perfect!

The house was amazing - very clean, modern, and comfortable. The hosts has great communication about the check in and check out process and even provided ideas of things to do and places to eat in the area. The house was also very convenient to everywhere we went. When we come back to Charleston we will definitely be staying here again!

My mom, aunt and I go on a girls trip every year and this by far was our favorite place to stay in so far! It was so adorable and clean! It looks just like the pictures! We were able to enjoy our morning coffee on their front and back patios every morning and it was so charming! Our flight was cancelled to get there and we contacted Heather and she was very helpful- thankfully we made it there just later then we wanted to. We loved everything about this place!!! Highly recommend it!
