Amazing Island - peaceful quiet retreat - close to all the fun you need to experience - snorkeling, surfing, swimming, shopping.... we are coming back for sure.

We had a great stay at the Cliffs. It was clean and provided necessities we needed during our stay! Thank you for the coffee! The only negative comment would be the friendliness of a staff member in the lobby. She came off a bit rude but besides that, we had a great time! However, the other lady staff member in the lobby was really nice! Mahalo:)

My wife and I spent one week at the Cliffs. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The room was clean and met our needs. The room has no air conditioning, the weather was pleasant so it wasn’t an issue. The frig is small and all dish cleaning has to be done in the bathroom sink. We prepared many of our meals in our room with grills conveniently located nearby. Overall we would recommend the Cliffs.

It was our first time in Kauai and I will say that we were not in our room much. Only to recharge; shower, change and snack before heading out to some new magical place. This place was absolutely perfect for our needs. I felt that they went above and beyond with communication. We also loved the anticipation of things we would need such as beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella. We can't wait to come back.

We are regular timeshare guest at the Cliffs and we’re looking to add an additional week. This option was affordable. The unit is clean. The room is west facing and got hot. No ability for a cross breeze. We also like to prepare our own meals. The coffee bar was a challenge but we made it work. We were content with the location but I would not recommend for a long stay unless you are with a larger group and just needed an extra room.

I specifically requested down pillows from the property management team before arrival and was assured that they were in the unit when they were not. Very small unit with no kitchen and no kitchen sink, just a small table with a few drawers.

We rented this VRBO for our wedding/honeymoon and it was great! The first night we got in the room was HOT! We didn’t realize there was no AC, HOWEVER, we didn’t need it at all. We had fans and the breeze, it was the best! The views are beautiful!!! The pool was great!!! Everything was amazing!

We enjoyed eating on the balcony and taking chairs down to watch the sunset on the property. Easy and quick access to Hanalei Bay and Na Pali Coast. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

I planned a last minute trip to play golf and visit my brother and his family on Kauai. This studio worked out great for me. I was a little nervous about not having AC, but I just aimed the fan at the screen over the lanai door during the day and that kept the temperature comfortable. It was convenient to the Princeville Makai golf course and Hanalei Bay and the charming town of Hanalei. If you're a golfer, I highly recommend driving down to play the Ocean course near the airport.

Amenities were great at the Cliffs with lots of nearby beaches and hiking trails. The bike rentals were a wonderful way to avoid the parking issues at Princeville and were well maintained. The washing machine was very convenient and the room was large. Noise from the parking lot and lack of privacy as people went to cars, bbq, and putting range was frustrating.

Traveling by myself for a business project, I rented this budget studio. I arrived after dark to find a middle floor, dated and basic place with a roach in the tub, little beetles crawling on the walls and a gecko behind the curtain. I killed and flushed the bugs and try to settle in and get some sleep. Next morning, 8am, my parking lot view from the lanai was disturbed by a construction crew building some sort of pavilion. Then another crew showed up and started digging to find a leaky water pipe. The construction work was noisy and constant. I found another condo to rent and moved after only 3 of 6 nights. Also at night other guests were constant noise or people arriving late or packing up early with lots of noise. Then there was the deunken partying noise. Above, below, side and back - can hear all the surrounding units. I did end up getting a refund from the very understanding property managers, but this was not a good experience for me. Sometimes cheap is too cheap.
