I was concerned about the "back" entrance from the photos, but it was a fantastic place with an excellent ocean view.
So close to the trails up into the hills, along an expansive dog-friendly beach and in a quaint town of surfers and outdoor enthusiasts.
Clean and dog friendly, with a hose to wash off downstairs. 5-star place (with a less-than-5-star price). We will be back.

Beautiful, right on the beach. So comfortable. Best stocked kitchen (pots,pans,appliances) so easy to cook and enjoy the views. Jeff and Shelly were kind and attentive, quickly fixed a toilet issue without even interrupting our peaceful vacation! We will definitely return!

We had such a great weekend! The location of this place is unbeatable! We surfed and sunrise and sunset. Walked for coffee and meals at the Parkside and had the best weekend! Can't wait to stay again.

A little slice of Heaven just a few short steps from a dog-friendly beach (to the right). We were vacationing with our doggie and everything about this cottage worked out perfectly for us. The private parking made it easy to load and unload. The large upper deck was perfect for relaxing after a long hike or day on the beach and for an evening BBQ. A hose with sprayer was conveniently located in the yard and made it easy to remove sand before heading upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to keep clean. Several restaurants and a market are within a short walking distance. The weather was glorious -- sunny and warm. We arrived on a Monday and checked out on Friday, so we were able to avoid what was expected to be a crowded weekend. Very pleased with Marin County's responsible environmental policies. Will definitely return.

La Paz is the perfect location for a visit to Stinson Beach! Jeff is a great communicator, and the house rules were clear and comprehensive. The unit is clean and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the folding chairs and secure parking spot! Plus it's an easy walk to Parkside for breakfast, pizza, and ice cream :)

We loved this home, perfect location to town (.2 miles to the store and .3 to the nearest restaurant), steps from the beach and a wonderful patio!
We never used our car during our 2 night/3 day stay. We are already planning when to return!

GrateFULL for this lovely one bedroom rental, a stone’s throw from the beach. Everything needed in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom was all perfect. Sleeping with the sounds of the sea will fill your soul.

Lovely vacation place. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Cozy bed. Beautiful tile work, wooden floors, large picture windows in front with good partial views of the ocean.. Nicely decorated. Had all the essentials including ziplock bags! Plenty of cookware, etc. We hope to return here.

We love what has become an annual visit to Stinson Beach. Property is so well-kept and location cannot be beat. Recent upgrades to deck and railing are a nice upgrade. Communication is always easy and complete. We will keep coming back!

Such sparkling clean accommodations, it was a pleasure to relax after a day at the beach and a meal at the Parkside Cafe. The kitchen had every possible tool and cooking appliance we could ask for. Highly recommend to all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property is amazing because the location, view and sound of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with every tool you could need to prepare your meal.
Did I mentioned it is on the beach? Walk out your door and you are at the beach. They have chairs for you to take for your day at the beach.
I was here in the off season and it was like having the beach to myself. I was in heaven

We have stayed the main house several times, but this was our first foray into the apartments above - and it was fabulous! A perfect way to celebrate TWO special birthdays! The ocean was steps away and there was on-site parking (so easy!). The apartments were cozy and comfortable - great beds, warm bedding. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen as well. The hosts - whom we had met previously - were there and welcomed us warmly! A million thanks for another wonderful Stinson weekend! 🦋

Would love to live here and enjoy the views all year round. Jeff and Shelly made you feel at home and they thought of everything you would need and then some. This was a perfect vacation for me and my dog. The beautiful apartment (very up to date kitchen and comfortable bed) is literally steps from the beach where I could take my dog to walk on the beach for miles. Check in was a breeze and everything looks like the pictures. I didn't want to leave :)

Wonderful, can’t say enough great things about this place. It was beautiful, perfect location on the beach, super clean, modern & fully stocked. The owner communicated with us perfectly. The amenities were great, it was well stocked with what we needed. They made our stay great we’re very appreciative to have been able to rent this great place.

PERFECT GETAWAY
The cottage was perfect!! Like new and thought went into the decor and esthetic. Everything was in walking distance and the owner was helpful when we didn't have cell service and couldn't access our email for check-in instructions. Great little getaway!

Always a good stay. We have stayed at this property several times and will keep coming back. The owners are responsive (without being intrusive) and communication is easy. We’ve stayed in both units and they are equally clean and have everything you need. We love the location which is right at the beginning of the dog beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed
Clean and fresh, ocean views/breeze. No detail went unnoticed, we were a little surprised with the cool weather and the heated mattress was just what we needed. We particularly enjoyed the supplied beach chairs and sat on the beach each night!
