The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main attractions and a beautiful waterfront. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all our requests. The transfer service was great — right on time and reasonably priced. I’d also like to give a special mention to the complimentary tea and cookies available at reception, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were clean, with good lighting and air conditioning.
As for the downsides, we could hear quite a lot of noise from people walking around in the room above us. Also, when taking a shower, water tends to spill onto the bathroom floor because there is no shower screen or partition.
One more thing that didn’t bother us personally, but might be worth mentioning for other guests: there is a mosque very close to the hotel, so the call to prayer can be heard quite loudly at certain times of the day.

Very nice location, close to the bus terminal to and from the airport.
10 min walk to the turist center(Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, The palace)
Nice calm street, in the other direction very close to the bazzar and tram line
Its Wonder WOOD hotel, and its made of wood = it creeks when someone walks, there was no noise coming from the room themselves but from floors and ceiling yes, not too bad
Its located somewhat at the base of a hill, need to go up to get anywhere, although its nice when youre returning to the hotel

Super friendly staff and great value and location
The bed was not a double bed, it was twin beds pushed together which made it uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. The rooms above us were pretty noisy but it was no fault of the hotel staff.

Excellent location and the staff were amazing.
Really poor sound proofing between rooms and the ceiling was leaking during our staff. The staff tried their best to help us however they could only offer a smaller room as a replacement which we declined.
