Questo ex Fisherman's Cottage è ora un affascinante, moderno cottage in selce che vanta splendide viste sul mare dal piano superiore. Pieno di carattere con originali, travi basse e soffitto spiovente nella camera da letto matrimoniale, è situato in posizione centrale nel cuore della vivace Sheringham, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal lungomare ma a breve distanza a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria.
Piano terra: apertura della porta d'ingresso nel soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina open space: con HDTV da 42 "con vista libera e lettore DVD, comodi posti a sedere e tavolo da pranzo, che scorre nella cucina: piano cottura a gas con forno elettrico, forno a microonde e frigorifero con congelatore compartimento, porta sul retro. Scala tradizionale che conduce al pianerottolo del primo piano.
Primo piano: camera da letto: con due letti singoli. Bagno di famiglia: cabina doccia, WC, lavabo a colonna. Scale al secondo piano.
Secondo piano: le scale conducono direttamente nella camera matrimoniale con vista sul mare, soffitto basso a volta con travi a vista e TV HD da 32 "con vista libera.
Nota: Wi-Fi. Ubicazione: spiaggia a 96 metri, servizi locali a 34 metri. Situato tra la Lifeboat Plain e High Street, vicino al Lobster Inn e al parcheggio pubblico. Le scale sono leggermente più ripide del solito. Altezza della testa bassa nella camera matrimoniale. Nessun parcheggio presso la struttura. 16:00 orario di arrivo. 2 x cani ammessi a £ 20. 00 per cane, a settimana. Fornire biancheria, si prega di portare i propri asciugamani.

The cottage was overall lovely. I did find that the remote controls were filthy & had to disinfect them myself. The seating was very uncomfortable & very well worn but that i felt was understandable as dogs are welcome & therefore furniture does get well used. The parking was not available when we arrived about 6ish. Also the key safe was very difficult to open & while you are inside the cottage the front & back door have to be locked with keys as anyone can walk in i felt this was dangerous from a fire point of view. The shower is fantastic with very good pressure & lots of lovely hot water. The whole cottage is well stocked with everything you might need to cook & have a happy holiday. I bought the issues I had to the notice of both the company who advertises the cottage & the owner especially the 2 staircases having very narrow staris at the top & suggested grab rails to help when carrying things up & down. The company replied with a detailed & kind reply stating what they would be doing with every item I bought to their attention but I had complete silence from the owner.

Great cottage right next to sea and in heart of Sheringham. Loved downstairs but perhaps not the sofa bed it wasn’t comfortable for sitting. The stairs I expected from other reviews but it did put us off from using the double bed on top floor. The cottage had been very well renovated with good quality items. Great views. And a car park right next door that you can but a 7 week parking ticket which was so convenient!! The only thing I think was missing was more mirrors especially a full length one so you could check yourself b4 going out. You could put this in the middle floor bedroom back of the wardrobe door there other than the mirror on top floor bedroom which again was just to see your face the other was in bathroom which again could only see face. Also perhaps a bit of info on how to use TV. Other than that a great cottage just in right place and would book again. Oh and the week was there it was freezing but the cottage was lovely and warm! Great and thanks to Hilary for such a lovely cottage x

Lovely cosy cottage, great location very well equipped.Would definitely stay again. Double bedroom very low ceiling!!

A pleasure to stay for a week. So close to all amenities. Clean and bright. Could have done with another week
