One of the best stays.

Comfortable, quiet, convenient cottage. Modern, beautiful decor, well equipped.

Charming holiday home with a real beach vibe, everything you could want for a week or two's holiday.

Charming 'beach house', lots of wood and lovely 'beach vibe', practical kitchen-diner with washing machine and dish washer. Cosy bedrooms, lounge and handy to have a large off-road parking space and the bathroom by the back door when returning from the beach. All worked well, plenty of towels and bed linen, even spare batteries to hand. Good location, good view over Sheringham looking inland from the veranda, handy grassed and fenced garden for playing with our daughter. Tasty cooking apples on the tree while we were there! Just 5 mins walk to the Norfolk Coastal path, 10 mins walk to Sheringham beaches or town centre, 15 mins walk to Sheringham playground near the junction of Beeston Rd and Cromer Rd, and 5 to 10 mins drive to West Runton beach.

Perhaps a bigger TV and a firmer mattress on our bed, but these are very minor niggles.
