Amerete l'aspetto grafico di questa bella casa. �� il tipo di casa sull'oceano che hai sognato di affittare in spiaggia. Vieni e goditi quello che abbiamo da offrire e vorrai tornare anno dopo anno.
Siamo a 2 minuti a piedi dal ristorante Tiki Bar e Ocean Grill. Godetevi le band dal vivo durante l'estate, bevande tropicali e deliziosi frutti di mare tutto l'anno. Siamo solo a breve distanza dal lungomare Carolina Beach, Britts Donuts, Franks Pizza, e tutte le giostre estive e fuochi d'artificio.
Una bella spiaggia di sabbia si trova a pochi passi di distanza con il proprio accesso privato alla spiaggia. Se sei un uccello anticipo si può gustare un caffè sulla terrazza mare e guardare il sole sorgere sopra l'Atlantico. Con ampie vetrate scorrevoli in tutto il lato mare della casa che copre sia la cucina e soggiorno, avrete una splendida vista delle onde. Il soggiorno ha un sacco di posti a sedere e una grande Smart TV a schermo piatto e via cavo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario - basta portare il cibo. La sala da pranzo può ospitare sei persone e un tavolo per la colazione può ospitare quattro persone. La camera da letto principale ha un materasso matrimoniale nuovo di zecca e molle e una Smart TV a schermo piatto. La seconda camera ha anche un materasso matrimoniale nuovo di zecca e molle e una Smart TV. La terza camera ha due letti a castello e un grande ufficio. Abbiamo una lavatrice e asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza situato nel garage. Sol Shine ha un garage per auto e parcheggio per un massimo di quattro auto.
A piedi direttamente dal tuo mazzo alla spiaggia sulla vostra spiaggia passaggio privato con doccia esterna. Assumiamo solo i migliori addetti alle pulizie e stock una buona scorta di articoli per la casa in modo che non ci si deve preoccupare di nulla quando si arriva. We always spend New Year's Eve at the beach; it's kind a tradition, sometimes with family, friends or both. This was my first experience renting a house in Carolina Beach with A1 Property Management, and I can say it was one of the best. The house was clean, beautiful decorated, organized, and well-equipped not only with appliances but also with necessary accessories like dishwasher and laundry pods, etc. The A1 Property Communications was easy and always available. I will absolutely be back to this house and would try any other property from A1 in the future.

We checked in and the linens had not been changed and washed. We called the property manager and he promptly came over, gathered all of the linens and towels, took them, washed them, returned them, and made up the beds. Very good service.The property was ocean front with a board walk to the beach. The views from the porch were spectacular and espescialy the sunrises and sunsets. The place was clean and very nice. The backside (facing the ocean) was the kitchen and seating area and the views were as good as the porch. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker. They also had a hot pot for heating up water for the tea drinkers in the group. Overall, the property was as described in the listing, the attentiveness of the property manager was top notch. I would recommend this property to anyone. My group is talking about coming back.

This is our 6th year renting Sol Shine. It is a great beach house for our family and ample seating for everyone. The house is fully equipped and everything in working order. We enjoy the spacious outside shower, the grill, and great deck.. We also appreciate that it is dog friendly for our well-behaved dog. We plan on renting it again next year. Thank you to owners for maintaining a welcoming beach house.

The location is excellent. Right on the beach with your own boardwalk to the beach. Sun rises are breath taking!
The biggest disappointment was the lack of a working dishwasher. Also disappointing was the lack of supplies; soap, shampoo, paper towels, paper plates, fish liquid, etc.
The property manager told us about the dishwasher right before we arrived. They supplied us with some paper plates and plastic silverware but it was not enough to last for our stay. We had to buy more paper plates, toilet paper and paper towels. Also in the kitchen there was only one dish towel for a whole week and no dish cloths.
We had our Thanksgiving dinner and ate on paper plates. Not what we planned on. All week we used real silverware, glasses, bowls, pots and pans, utensils, etc. With 9 people, we were constantly washing dishes, which was a bummer. And we didn’t feel like the dishes were properly sanitized. There was only one bottle of dish liquid that was barely enough to get us through the week. And using a sponge to wash glasses and silverware was not very sanitary.
Overall we made it work and we had fun family time. But for what we paid for the week, we felt the property could have had more supplies. No soap in the showers was surprising to all of us. As well as the lack of enough toilet paper.
Hopefully this helps you to better prepare for future guests.
