We had a fantastic spring break and Ulrike was a great host. Condo is updated and very nice. This was our first stay on the beach in the Tigertail area, but not our first to Marco. At the time of our stay, there was a provided wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas. These were very nice to have during beach time. It's roughly a 10 minute walk from the pool to the ocean water, but we knew that having visited the area previously. Kids loved the pool.

Our condo was clean and nicely updated. Our hostess, was so kind and helpful! It is a hike to the beach if you have small children, we don’t, but still appreciated the wagon to haul the chairs to the ocean. Everything we needed for the beach was provided as well as good restaurant options and activities! Would definitely recommend this property!

The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, has a beautiful view, and had everything that we needed. Unfortunately this unit was surrounded by units which were under major construction (replacement of sliding doors). The noise level for 8 hours each weekday was unbearable. While the condo owners in the building may not have known exactly what units were going to be renovated, the owner of this unit did not inform us of the possibility of major construction and when we complained after 3 days of dealing with the noise of jack hammers and drilling, they did not offer any compensation for ruining our "relaxing" vacation".
The good news for anyone visiting after Florida begins allowing visitors once Covid-19 has abated is that the construction should be done.
