Condominio altamente desiderato situato proprio a bordo piscina. In questo bagno 2 camere da letto 2 splendidamente aggiornato troverete cabine armadio in entrambe le camere. Un soggiorno e una sala da pranzo invitanti. Anche una cucina aggiornata completamente fornita di tutto il necessario durante il soggiorno. Compreso un sistema completo di r / o {osmosi inversa} che è un must per Scottsdale. Patio privato con vista sulla piscina. Tranquilla comunità vicino a negozi, ristoranti e divertimenti. We loved our 54 night stay at Marcia's Casabella condo. The condo was beautiful with all new furniture in the living room.The master suite has a gorgeous bathroom and there are large large walk in closets for the master and guest bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for daily living. We loved that the pool was just steps from the patio. We spent a lot of time reading and relaxing by the pool. We took advantage of the pickle ball courts too.The grounds and complex are quiet and beautiful and the neighbors are very friendly. Casabella is located in McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale's most beautiful location, close enough to the charm and fun of Old Town Scottsdale, with easy access to the 101, and is a quiet retreat at the end of the day. Marcia, the owner, was great and quick to respond when we had a question. We would love to stay in this property again. Dale and Diane S.

Great property. Comfortable inside and out. Excellent location. Close to many, not only top notch restaurants, but a good variety to chose from.Accessible to all major connecting roads, so day trips were a breeze.

Marcia was very helpful with any questions we had. The kitchen is very well stocked. The bathroom had been updated as well as the floors. The complex grounds were well maintained and we had access to the heated pool and gym.
