The perfect Scottsdale location! Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lake with views of Camelback Mountain! Directly on the Scottsdale bike path, within walking distance of amazing restaurants and shopping. Bikes included in the 1 car garage! Tons of extra parking for guests. Light, bright and airy, this secondary floor unit was remodeled December 2021 with a brand new kitchen including gorgeous stainless steel appliances and gas cooktop. Huge double walk-in shower in the master bathroom, and large secondary bath with tub shower combo. Master and secondary bedroom have king beds, and 3rd room/study has a pullout sofa bed for a guest. Community pool and spa are across the parking lot! Washer/dryer included in unit. We look forward to having you!

Condo was very clean and well stocked and furnished. Has been nicely updated with high end appliances. View from patio was lovely. Will stay again.

We stayed for a month in this wonderful condo with a beautiful view of a lake with a sunset behind the mountains. The unit was well equipped and close to a walking / biking path that is very nice for walks or bike rides all the way to Scottsdale old town.

We absolutely loved this condo. Clean, well appointed with everything you could imagine, great location! We have been spoiled!! Would love to return whenever we can!!
