Situato sulla St. Bella costa meridionale di Giovanni, Pura Vida (pura vita), è una bella casa sull'isola e proprietà privata situato su 1. 5 ettari. La villa è circondata da una profusione di paesaggio nativo e storiche rovine olandesi. La posizione collinare della nostra villa offre numerose e piacevoli brezze dell'isola con meravigliose viste sull'oceano di Hart Bay e Chocolate Hole Bay.
Pura Vida offre una pianta meravigliosa e un salotto proiettato decisamente glorioso dove è possibile sedersi e godere di un buon libro o un pisolino. Le due camere da letto sono privati e arredate con gusto con tutti i nuovi arredi e aria condizionata per le notti calde. Ogni camera ha un bagno privato con doccia piastrellata e porte in vetro, che vi farà sentire come a casa.
Un disco facile da città e top-notch spiagge, Pura Vida è una scelta eccellente per sperimentare St. John. Tornando a casa dopo una lunga giornata sotto il sole, ci si può rilassare nella sala grande confortevole, preparare una cena un'isola specialità in cucina a pieno carico, o gustare una bibita fresca al vento mentre si guarda i bei tramonti di San John prima di rotolare giù per la collina per un assaggio di rilassato vita notturna di Cruz Bay.
La nostra comunità ha un meraviglioso percorso a piedi / escursioni a Hart Bay. Appena passato la nostra strada (dietro la curva) c'è un sentiero sulla sinistra che vi condurrà attraverso il baldacchino di alberi per la spiaggia. Prendete il vostro caffè e passeggiare attraverso i boschi fino a raggiungere la spiaggia con le sue belle brezza.

If you are into history, this property is for you! Such a cool piece of property with ancient ruins to explore. The flowering trees and bushes are gorgeous and really make for a relaxing place to unwind. The pool and deck are made for relaxing, ocean viewing, and star gazing. The house is super cozy and has plenty of room to feel comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped to dine in or blend up a cold refreshing beverage or three. The location of the property is super convenient to the markets, hiking, beaches and shopping. Communication was great with the property manager, Jo! We can’t wait to visit again.

What a fascinating property in a great location! Pura Vida rests on 1.5 acres with many ruins including graves dating back to the mid-1700s! Wish the owners provided info. about the history of this place. The house has been completely redone after the 2017 hurricanes and it is furnished beautifully, kitchen and bathrooms updated and everything very lovely. The house is not fully air conditioned but there are good a/c units in both bedrooms and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room and screened in porch. A sliding screen door to the deck was missing and that would have created a nice airflow for the main living area which got warm even with windows and front door open and a floor fan in use. Sleeper sofa was not very comfortable but it was nice to have. Kitchen was quite well stocked and there is a nice roomy pantry. Shampoo, soaps and detergents were supplied as were paper towels and tp and cleaning products. Bedding was comfortable in the two bedrooms, nice sheets and towels for bath and beach were supplied. Very nice to have washer and dryer available too. Property manager Jovanna was lovely and responsive. Pool deck is very nice as is the gas Weber grill. The views from the deck are of Hart Bay on one side and Chocolate Hole on the other side. It was a great place for morning coffee and happy hour. Beautiful historic property.

The villa is beautiful and the property manager was helpful, but our stay was impacted by several serious issues. Check-in was difficult—we were locked out, delaying grocery refrigeration. The primary bed wasn’t made, and the kitchen bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The pool wasn’t usable until day two. The sliding door lacked a screen, making it impossible to get a breeze in the main room, which has no AC.Safety was a concern: my daughter stayed in a downstairs bedroom with a broken lock and direct outdoor access. Though someone came to assess it, it was never resolved. The property also lacks a generator, which became a problem during multiple extended power outages—no water, no electricity.Three days before departure, the refrigerator broke and we lost all our food. We were forced to eat out, which was especially difficult because my daughter was recovering from surgery and we chose this villa specifically for its kitchen. While the fridge was eventually repaired, the loss wasn’t addressed, and we were unfairly blamed for leaving the door open—something we did not do.Despite some lovely evenings, the poor first impression and frustrating final days left us disappointed.
