Questo condominio è l'Unità 3 in un complesso di 8 unità situato sulla 5th Avenue (la via pedonale principale) tra Calle 20 e 22 a Playa Del Carmen, a soli 45 minuti dall'aeroporto di Cancun. Questo complesso è proprio nel cuore di Playa Del Carmen, con molti negozi / ristoranti / ristoranti originali / autentici. a sud e molti nuovi negozi / ristoranti / ecc. di fascia alta a nord, compresa la parte della città conosciuta come la piccola Italia. Inoltre, è solo un paio di isolati dalle famose spiagge di Playa Tukan e Playa Mamitas. Il livello della strada contiene ristoranti e negozi. Una volta all'interno del complesso c'è un ascensore per portarvi nella vostra unità o nella grande piscina con sedie a sdraio che si trova al secondo piano. This is our home away from home in Mexico! No issues. Perfect location. Ideal for a large family. The owners were checking out the day we arrived and made us pina coladas to welcome us. Cheers!

We truly enjoyed our stay. We stayed with one set of grandparents 2 young professionals and a young couple with 2 infants. The property managers were able to coordinate a pack and play at the last minute for the infants to use. When we arrived at the condo everything was ready for our stay. The Condo was well stocked to say the least. Beach towels, bath towels, sheets, and plenty extra. They even had some cleaning supplies to get us started on the trip. The small pool in the complex was great for playing with the infants. As the Condo is on 5th avenue, there is quite a bit of noise that comes from the street, however the sound proof windows were able to block 90% of the music, so it was not an issue. The first and second floor is perfect for couples ( with a total of 3.5 baths and 3 bedrooms), and the third floor is great for younger kids with a bedroom and a bathroom. The property managers were able to very promptly address the small issues that came up during our stay. They stayed in great communication with us. I would highly recommend this Condo to others whether they're here with their families and want to be in the middle of the action, or whether they're here with friends. It's close to the beach and has most conveniences within 5-15 minute walk. Also, the Condo had sufficient keys (and garage door opener if you had a car) to help everyone in the group have access. Instructions provided by property manager made it very simple to access the Condo even though we arrived late at night.

Right on 5th avenue but tucked away from hearing all the noise.. when you first get to the condo the ac was off so it was super hot but once you get the ac going it's a lot better..has everything you need

Great location walking distance from everything we wanted to do. The beds in the condo were very hard and uncomfortable. Also there was very loud construction going next door. We had some problems with things breaking but the property management responded very quickly and fixed the issues. I would for sure stay here again. For such a large condo I was surprised there was only one parking space and the carnage is so small our van did not fit and we had to pay to park it down the street. So just be aware of that.
