Hotel Original Domino House

Struttura molto accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli dopo il check-out.

Nulla in particolare, ci siamo trovati bene sotto tutti gli aspetti.

Staff were amazing. Very friendly and gave good recommendations.

The shower is tiny. I’m a fairly small person but struggled to even turn around in the shower.

La tranquillità del posto , con ottimi servizi intorno.

Le lenzuola sarebbero essere cambiati ogni giorno.

The hotel's location is very convenient. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and other local shops nearby, making it easy to get anything you need during your stay. Some of the main attractions, such as Plaza del Ayuntamiento and Ruzafa, are within a 25–30 minute walk. There are also bus stops close to the hotel, providing easy access to places that are farther away. The staff were excellent—always friendly, kind and willing to help with any questions or requests.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. Our room did not have air conditioning and since Valencia was quite hot during our stay, it would have made a significant difference in terms of comfort. We are not sure whether this applies to all rooms. The furniture was fairly basic and the storage space was limited. There was no proper wardrobe—only an open area with hangers and a 2 shelves—which was not very practical for a one-week stay. The refrigerator was also quite small. As the accommodation is located directly on a busy street, there was some noise from traffic and people during the night. None of these issues were major problems and they did not significantly affect our stay, but considering the price, we expected better room amenities.
