La nostra grande casa di città si trova a Clearbrook, tra le splendide Montagne Bianche. Loon Mountain è a un tiro di schioppo dalla nostra porta d'ingresso, offrendo comodità tutto l'anno a tutte le escursioni, mountain bike, equitazione, sci e snowboard che si può fare. L'unità è completamente attrezzata per le vostre vacanze. Il livello principale offre open living soggiorno e sala da pranzo con un accogliente caminetto. La cucina completamente attrezzata è molto spaziosa e ha tutte le pentole necessarie per avere un pasto cucinato a casa. Le sistemazioni includono una grande camera da letto principale con bagno privato, due camere da letto al piano terra che includono letti matrimoniali e due letti a castello. C'è anche una zona soppalcata se è necessario più spazio. Una stanza lavanderia può essere trovata al piano inferiore e per la vostra convenienza.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kids went skiing and came back to the condo hungry and happy. The fireplace was great and provided just the right tone for reliving the days. We did head to the hot tubs at the health club. Thanks for that. Very enjoy time.

Place was just as advertised. Clean close and totally fuctional. We had 10 in our group and plenty of room. Location was awesome as you could easily get to and from the mountain missing the northbound traffic.

The place had easy to follow instructions, plenty of games for friends, family, and kids. A lot of space and conveniently located a short walk to loon mountain. I loved everything about our stay and can't say enough about the location and owner. Hoping to book again next year!

What a great property in a really key spot if you're heading to the White Mountains for skiing, leaf peeping, or just reconnecting with nature. The condo had tons of room and was comfortable. Paul is also awesome. Responsive to any questions we had and incredibly helpful. Definitely hope to visit again. Thank you so much!

The condo was accurately described. The accomodations were perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. It was spacious and was stocked with everything one could need.
The communication with the host was excellent. Paul responded immediately to a question prior to my trip.
The instructions provided ahead of time were very details and easy to follow.
The location was conveniently located to Loon with shuttle service and only a few miles from the Ice Castles.
I would definitely request a future stay.

We have finally found our perfect spot to stay when skiing in Lincoln. There was plenty of room to spread out and had everything that we needed for our stay. Our dog is part of our family so we need to find a pet friendly place to rent and this was it. Thank you Paul for a wonderful stay. We will book here every time we head to Lincoln.

Our last year of many consecutive family February vacation ski trips ended 25 years ago! We started (what we hope will be) an annual Loon vacation with the third generation this February.
The condo did have everything we needed, as it said. The condo was clean! The spacing was fabulous. The two grand kids (ages 7 and 8) could always find a spot to play by themselves.
We all, very much enjoyed our stay at the condo!

Great location near Loon Mountain and much to do in nearby Lincoln. Easy to also ski Waterville Valley and Cannon. Plenty of room for our group. Even had a den that we didn't use. Two full bathrooms and laundry room. Only drawback was the couches were in poor shape and should be replaced.

We had a great time. The unit was clean, spacious, and close to loon mountain and the town of Lincoln. The owner was helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. I hope to stay here again on our next ski vacation.

We had a great visit! Host responded quickly to our questions and was helpful! Place was clean and perfect for our family. Very convenient to our destinations of Loon Mountain and Ice Castles. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub availability! Couches need updating, but otherwise we were very happy.

The house we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Although it is not the most updated, it is perfect for a large family. We were happy not to worry about fragile items. It was private and enjoyable.

This home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only negative thing is host could use some new couches they were a bit uncomfortable. But would recommend it as a place I would rent again.

This is our second time staying at Pauls property. Each time its been an easy check in and the unit is nice and clean. Its location is fantastic and the shuttle to Loon is steps away

Really enjoyed this property for a three night stay for some spring skiing with my adult boys. It was very cozy (with plenty of room for a large group) with all the modern amenities and in a great spot just a two minute drive to Loon ski resort. Having use of the nearby Loon Village resort for their gym and pool (and game room which I didn't use) was a big plus. I contacted the owner before my stay and he was very friendly and gave me lots of tips on the area. I would highly recommend this rental.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! First visit ever to New Hampshire and now will target future stays with the owner in varying times of year. Spacious layout perfect for family who spends most of the daylight hours enjoying nature and surroundings. Great accommodations and location!

Very clean. Owner has great communication and messages back quickly. Fantastic location close to Loon and restaurants. The perk of having the pool and hot tubs at the complex next door (only a couple mins drive or walkable) was great. Would gladly stay here again.

We had a great experience overall! The house was very well stocked, very clean and in great repair. Everything we needed to know was clearly spelled out for us. It is tough to find a place to accommodate our 6 kids and dog, but this did the trick! The kids loved the set up and asked to stay longer when it was time to leave. We hope to be able to come back again in the future. Would highly recommend!

Paul was fantastic. We had some technical difficulties getting access to the townhome (on our side) and he was extremely responsive and helpful. The house is spotless and very well-maintained, with everything you need. The kids loved the bunkbeds and access to the pools at Loon Village, and this was a great jumping-off point for our camping and hiking adventures.

My family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The house was clean and spacious. My kids loved that they had their own rooms so they could both sleep on the top bunk bed. There is no air conditioning and it was pretty hot in the house, but he provided a ton of fans which helped.

My family came out from the west coast and this condo was the perfect location to show off New England. We were able to find things to do near Lincoln, NH, but also a convient location to Vermont and Maine.
